Stay at this two-bedroom beautiful family condo right on the beach that feels more like Home Away from Home. Enjoy unbelievable views of an often blue-green ocean. Your suite is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything that guests might need. This condo is located within 5 minutes walking distance from all well-known retail stores, groceries, restaurants, and pharmacies or a five-minute drive to Gulf Stream, Aventura Mall, and 20 min. from Fort Lauderdale airport.

ENTRANCE AND PARKING:
For your security, each 2 adult guests will need to purchase a fob for $20.
A family of 4 is required to purchase 2 fobs. PS Only credit cards, no Cash.

ELEVATORS USE:
If you have lots of luggage and bags you must use the Service elevator at the end of the Hallway. ALSO, it's much easier than the guests' elevator due to its capacity.

PARKING:
VALET: $5.00 at any time
SELF PARKING is available 10$ per night if you are staying less the 14 days.
If you are staying over 14 days you purchase a pass for $150 per month.

Great Condo

This condo has everything you need. We had four adults and 3 children and never felt overcrowded. Decorated beautifully and great storage space for a week away from home.Zee communicates often and is always available. We will stay again.

We absolutely loved the place! Had everything you needed. Super clean. Great view of the ocean from the balcony! Truly was steps from the beach. We definitely want to come back! Zee was great to work with! Great communication! Super helpful!

Great but a mile from the boardwalk

Beach and sun in the winter. Cant beat it. Great location, no need for a car. the local Circuit app was amazing in terms of getting into downtown and the Boardwalk. Condo was great, had everything you could need. Thanks Zee for making it a simple process.

fantastic apartment, fantastic host

We really had the best time ever, the property was beautiful with the most friendly staff ever. They were more than happy to accommodate our super late arrival with no issues at all. They ensured we knew where things were located on the property as well as nearby. Parking with affordable and convenient ($10/day!!). Our host was just the absolute best, Zee was in contact with me from the time I booked until after we arrived back home. She knew we were arriving late and called to make sure we got there safe and sound. I couldn't have asked for an easier stay from check-in to check-out we were well taken care of. The apartment had everything we needed, plenty of towels, beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen, there is nothing we needed that wasn't there. I will stay here again anytime I am in the area, we are quite looking forward to it. Hands down best trip we could've hoped for. Thanks again Zee!!

Enjoyable Vacation

Zee is a great communicator. She stays in contact with you from your booking right on through your stay She addresses problems right away if there are any and keeps in contact with you during your stay. This condo complex is a bit dated but kept up. Zee’s condo was perfect for us. The condo had a beach umbrella and chairs (also beach toys for kids which we didn’t need). The condo had a pool area; however, it was in shadow from about one o’clock on. That is not always a bad thing. We would go to the beach every day for a month from about 9 to 1. The beach is beautiful. Condos on either side supplied chairs but with Sian you needed to bring your own down. There is a beach bar/cafe in the condo next door which you can use. The linens are adequate for the bedroom and bath. The laundry area happens to be right near this condo so that is a plus. You get a card for the machines and just have to add the money into it. The trash chute is in yet same spot so very convenient. The kitchen is nice but could use more pots and pans and utensils if you plan to cook. There is a Seven Eleven across the street which we used a lot and the grocery store is just a few minutes away. The boardwalk is a 2 mile walk which we did a lot to go to Margaritaville. There is an Italian restaurant called Matteo’s that has fantastic food. Plan to leave extra time for traffic and construction. One of our favorites was a gondola ride in Ft Lauderdale in the evening.

Magnifique

Nous avons adoré l'endroit!!! Le condo est tout équipé, il ne manque absolument rien, tout est là! Près de plusieurs services et accès à la plage parfaite! Zee est une hôte fabuleuse, très disponible, elle fait en sorte que nous sommes bien. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit 😊.

It please me to hear you say that you found everything that you needed for your stay and nothing was missing. You left the place in very good condition, I couldn't believe that you were here with the kids. Some towels were left just like you found them, folded and with the little flower. I was impressed. Sometimes even when guests do not use the towels they usually leave them unfolded and just thrown somewhere. You must be raising them well and with respect for others' people's works. Well done. Clean, beautiful and fully-stocked condo! Can't wait to come back soon!

This property was one of the most impressive bookings I've had. Communicating with Zee (she is such a gem and a sweetheart) prior to our arrival made us feel at ease and check-in took less than 2 minutes. When we got up to the unit, we were SO pleasantly surprised at how clean, well-decorated, and stocked this place is. The kitchen already had all the machines you can think of- ice maker, coffee machine, blenders, toaster, and more. The unit was also stocked with all silverware and cookware which made it easy for us to eat breakfast in the condo and spend more time on the beautiful beach. The bedrooms were absolutely beautiful- firm memory foam king size bed in the master and my MIL slept in the second bedroom where there were two queen size beds. We all slept like babies :) Towels were beautifully arranged and we had an abundance of them, little toiletries were already in the bathrooms, hair-dryers in each bathroom as well. Everything very clean and updated. The showers were good pressure as well. The living room was beautiful although honestly we didn't use it much except to play some music on the awesome speaker that Zee has by the TV- however we did utilize the balcony to have some coffee in the mornings. The balcony furniture was awesome and the view of the ocean was so beautiful! For the beach, this place literally had EVERYTHING. Beach chairs and towels, UMBRELLAS which was a LIFESAVER, bunch of floaties and toys for children and a cooler. Honestly we didn't need to step out and buy a single thing other than food for breakfast. Leaving the unit is very easy and entrance to the pool and beach very private and nice. We were easily able to find pool lounge chairs at any hour and the beach always had a nice spot waiting for us. We rate this place 10/10- honestly just an incredible place to stay at and Zee made it so special for my husband, mother in law and myself. Thank you so much, Zee! We can't wait to come back!

Filthy Mold & Feces

Filthy apartments. Feces stuck on both toilet bowls and smeared on wall. Mold in bathroom and window shades. Hair and dust on floor. Hair stuck to walls of shower. Dirty, sticky finger prints on all furniture. Kitchen counter all smudgy. Dust in air vents an inch thick. Left on day 1 of a 4 day stay. Although I spent several hour on the phone with Vbro and property manager., No refund from owner or Vbro. Owner promised a cleaning lady at 1:00 but she didn’t show up so at 1:30 we left. Was billed for parking and then paid again when parking car. Check in person at at Sian was curt.

First of all, let me say that we are very sorry that your experience was not a good one. I tried and every way shape or form to fix the problem for you during your stay. I always communicate with the guests weeks and weeks and advance, via the Vrbo platform, I choose to communicate via the site because it keeps records of communication for any unforeseen problems such as this one. With this specific guest, we had a miscommunication problem from the get-go. I only got their guestlist for the front desk check-in hours before the check-in, I usually get it days before. After all, it's online communication and not instant communication. Needless to say that that created a problem. As far as the comments left by the guest I will let my review speak for themselves. unfortunately, we can not meet everyone's expectations, I always try but in some cases are just impossible. They only want one thing and that is their money back, regardless of how long they stayed. Everything was turned over to VRBO. Their recommendation was not to cancel since I had proven to them that I had done everything to fix the problem. My house rules are very clear, the guest has one hour upon checking to ask for extra cleaning or the place will be accepted as clean. I operate this way because one's idea of cleaning is not the same for everyone. And I respect that. BUT this Guest-only complained the next day and demanded someone immediately as if I were and staffed hotel. Even demanded I did it myself. Long story short they decided to leave at one pm the next day after making me schedule a housekeeper that drove for one hour to attend to their needs, only they did not wait for her, she was late 30 minutes late due to traffic. They were in communication guest decided not to wait after she drove for one hour. They checked in @ 3 pm and stayed until the next day at one pm, and they only complained the next morning They used the condo for one night and half a day. They asked for a full refund but they did not cancel the reservation at all. Needless to say, we took the matter to heart, and a deep cleaning was performed along with an inspection. I know that I am an honest person and have lots of reviews to back me up and not counting the friends that I have made in this line of business. I do real estate and even got some clients out of my Airbnb. I am very sorry that I could not fix this problem with this specific guest. all the best to them in their future travels.

We had a great week. Zee was super easy to work with and very helpful. Property was as described, comfortable and clean. Easy walk to beach and close to restaurants and stores. Would recommend!!

This property is located just steps away from the beach, and yet just minutes away from major retails stores, Casinos, pharmacies, Groceries even office supplies, and a list of restaurants with different cuisine. Italian - Cuban - French - Brazilian - American _ Asian - Thai food, etc.
When you place an order online, it will be delivered to your door avoiding you the to dislocate yourself to me meet the driver in the lobby. Provided that all credentials will be checked.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

First and foremost what makes this condo unique is the location, just a brisque walk to Grouceiris and Pharmacies. Having the beach as your backyard is pretty awesome. High-end restaurants either next door or just nearby or very much within walking distance. It is the best location with everything that one needs or wishes during a home away from home.
