Hi Natalie, Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and the elevator was a help. We are terribly sorry about the internet and cable. Unfortunately, we are at the behest of the cable and internet company on the beach and they couldn't come out until 2 days before you left. We have no control over that but we do know how inconvenient that can be and we do apologize for the issue. We hope this won't deter you from staying with us in the future.

We appreciate your suggestions too. Please know that we are a very transparent company and try very hard to let our guests know what to expect upon arrival. It looks like our list of "What to Bring" was not sent to you and we sincerely apologize for that oversight. It's a list of items that we provide and don't provide which would have let you know that, as an industry standard, we give an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, etc and it's enough to get you through a day or two so it give you time to go to the store to get what you need for your stay. That list also included information about beach towels. We're so sorry that was not sent to you ahead of time. We do appreciate the suggestion about the toys and chairs though and will bring that to the owners attention. We hope that you'll come back and stay with us again very soon. Paradise Beach Homes
