The Space:

The home features a modern open concept design with an elevator, 2 living areas, a high-end kitchen, luxe king beds and a resort style yard with a pool, BBQ, fire pit & stunning ocean views from the balcony.



Stay just 10 mins from downtown and within walking distance to cafes, restaurants & shops



Make your way into this glamorous, designer home where you are greeted with bright, sun-filled rooms, soft comfortable furnishings and everything you could need for a luxurious beach side stay.



First Floor



Step through into the downstairs living area that is filled with a plush sofa and two matching accent chairs all surrounding the big screen smart TV and the wet bar with an ice maker off to the side – the perfect place to come and watch the game while enjoying a few drinks and playing a round of foosball.



There is a full size bathroom off the living space and a laundry equipped with two washing machines and two dryers to tackle all the pool and beach towels.

 

Open up the sliding doors to let the outside in and enjoy the landscaped yard with an inviting pool and an undercover patio area.



Also on the first level is access to the double garage where you will find a table tennis table and everything you could need for the day at the beach.



Second Floor



Take the elevator to the second floor and pick out one of the four spacious bedrooms on offer. Each bed is topped with soft, hotel quality linen and bedding for the perfect night’s sleep and offers plenty of closet space to unpack and make yourself at home.



Bedroom One – King bed with an attached ensuite and Smart TV



Bedroom Two – The kids’ bedroom sleeps six with two beds, two pull out trundles, a Smart TV, an ensuite bathroom and plenty of games including bowling and Legos.



Bedroom Three – King bed with an attached ensuite, a Smart TV and balcony access



Bedroom Four – The generous master bedroom with a king bed, a luxurious ensuite, a Smart TV, balcony access and a large walk in closet



Third Floor



Take the elevator or the stairs to the third floor that features bright, open concept living and plenty of space for everyone to relax along with a fifth bedroom which also features a large king bed and a Smart TV and a central full bathroom with a walk in shower.



Gather together in the living area on the large super comfortable modular lounge with a wall mounted Smart TV giving you access to all your favorite streaming apps and sweeping views of the neighborhood from the floor to ceiling windows.



Cook up everything from a decadent breakfast through to a 3 course meal in the gourmet kitchen that comes fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you could need right at your fingertips. There is a full size French door fridge/freezer, a chef’s oven and gas cooktop, a built in microwave, a Keurig coffee maker and two dishwashers to take care of all the cleaning up.



Serve up your meals at the grand dining table with seating for twelve or sit up at the sleek marble breakfast bar for a quick bite. On a sunny day, open up the double glass doors and eat alfresco style out on the balcony with picturesque views of the Atlantic while you dine.

Guests have private access to the entire three floors of the house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free garaged parking, complimentary coffee for the first morning and access to a laundry with two washing machines and dryers.

The home is located in St. Augustine Beach, just a few minutes from the public pier and an easy walk to many of the top restaurants on the beach side. ONLY a block to the closest beach access point.

St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city and also holds the distinction of being one of the nation’s most charming. Experience old-world charm, flavorful dining, art and culture, and an abundance of entertainment during the day and after dark.





Sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for all ages, an ideal locale for family fun and adventure.

Getting Around:

The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental, however, many restaurants and the beach are both in a very walking distance! Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine, with a beach shuttle pickup station right next door at the Marriot (included for free with purchase of trolley admission). The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.

The home has an active security camera installed at the front of the home (Ring Spotlight Cam). No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home.
