The home features a modern open concept design with an elevator, 2 living areas, a high-end kitchen, luxe king beds and a resort style yard with a pool, BBQ, & stunning ocean views from the balconies and sunny roof deck.



Stay just 10 mins from downtown and within walking distance to cafes, restaurants & shops. The white sandy beach is just steps away from your doorstep!



Make your way into this glamorous, designer home where you are greeted with bright, sun-filled rooms, soft comfortable furnishings and everything you could need for a luxurious beach side stay.



First Floor



Step through into the downstairs living area that is filled with a plush sofa and cozy accent chairs all surrounding the big screen smart TV. The sofa opens up into a queen pullout bed and a built in bunk bed made of 2 twins is the perfect crash pad for kids. Walk into the first private guest room with ensuite bathroom, closet, and tv.



A wet bar with an ice maker and wine cooler are off to the side to keep your pool side drinks flowing.



There is a full size bathroom in the hallway along with a laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer to tackle all the pool and beach towels.

 

Open up the sliding doors to let the outside in and enjoy the turf backyard with an inviting pool and attached spa with waterfall feature. Enjoy your favorite burgers and hotdogs by the pool using the gas BBQ grill.



Also on the first level is access to the double garage where you will find a table tennis table and everything you could need for the day at the beach.



Second Floor



Take the elevator to the second floor and pick out one of the four spacious bedrooms on offer. Each bed is topped with soft, hotel quality linen and bedding for the perfect night’s sleep and offers plenty of closet space to unpack and make yourself at home.



Choose from 1 of the 3 guest bedrooms each equipped with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, smart tvs, and private closets. Or lavish yourself in the generous master bedroom with a king bed, a luxurious ensuite with soaking tub, a Frame Smart TV, private balcony access and a large walk in closet with washer and dryer



Third Floor



Take the elevator or the stairs to the third floor that features bright, open concept living and plenty of space for everyone to relax.



Gather together in the living area on the large super comfortable modular lounge with a wall mounted Smart TV giving you access to all your favorite streaming apps, local channels, and sweeping views of the neighborhood from the large windows.

Guests have private access to the entire three floors of the house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free garage parking, complimentary coffee for the first morning and access to a laundry with two washing machines and dryers.

The home is located in St. Augustine Beach, just a few minutes from the public pier and an easy walk to many of the top restaurants on the beach side. Just a few houses down from the beach!



The home is just a 10 minute drive into the historic/downtown area of St. Augustine. St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city and also holds the distinction of being one of the nation’s most charming. Experience old-world charm, flavorful dining, art and culture, and an abundance of entertainment during the day and after dark.



Sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for all ages, an ideal locale for family fun and adventure.



Enjoy the local cafes and restaurants nearby or leave the car parked in the garage and spend your days at the beach then relax by the pool with no need to leave the comforts of this luxury home.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental, however, many restaurants and the beach are both in a very walking distance! Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.



Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine, with a beach shuttle pickup station across the street at the Marriott (included for free with purchase of trolley admission). The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

The home has active security cameras installed in the following areas: at the front of the home, above the garage, on the left side of the home facing the gate, and in the backyard/pool area. No private areas can be seen and no interior cameras. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to cameras may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
