The stay was amazing. It was super quiet. The next door neighbors where super friendly. House was clean and well updated.

Weekend getaway with Family.

The place was easy to find. Looks just like the picture and it was clean. Good location and easy walk to the beach. Only down thing was the house didn't have enough cookware. Also, didn't provide not even one roll of paper towel or toilet paper or trash bags, so we had to run out last minute for basic supplies. With the "service" fees, you would think to provide for the amount of days booked. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay.

At Beach Resort Services, we are more than just a vacation rental company—we are a small, family-owned and operated business with deep roots in Surfside Beach. Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976.

In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born. Since then, we have continued to grow, but we have never lost sight of what makes us special—family, tradition, and a passion for helping others create unforgettable beach memories.

Today, Beach Resort Services is run by a dedicated team of three—Denise, Drew, and Hope—who work tirelessly to provide exceptional service, trustworthy management, and a personal touch to every guest and homeowner we serve.
