This luxury Rosario condominium unit is perched above Cascade Bay with clear views across the harbor to the south. It provides 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which will provide the perfect getaway on Orcas Island.

Each of the two ensuite bedrooms offers a king size bed with views overlooking the bay, plus a private full bathroom. The living room area has a dining table suitable for 4 people and a queen size sofa sleeper and a cozy gas fireplace.

A full kitchen also awaits your cooking pleasure. Outside of the central living room/kitchen portion of the unit, you’ll find a large comfortable deck overlooking the water view. Chairs and a table provide the perfect spot to sip your wine in the evening. Having the bedrooms separated by the living/dining common area provides seclusion and privacy. As a bonus, each bedroom has its own large deck with chairs for sipping your evening beverage in privacy.

This Rosario Condominium is conveniently located just minutes from Moran State Park, where there is access to miles of hiking trails, lakes, swimming, and other water activities. Located approximately 12 minutes from Eastsound Village, this retreat provides the perfect getaway to sit back on the deck, enjoy a nice beverage, and watch the marine activity of the bay.

While in very close walking proximity to Rosario Resort and its fabulous Mansion for dining, this unit does not have any access to resort spa or swimming amenities due to their staffing challenges this year.

The unit does not have laundry facilities; there is a coin laundry available at the resort. Also note from the parking lot in front of unit there are 11 steps . There is an additional access to the right of unit with 3 steps and a short walk (flat) to the unit.
