Just minutes away from the famous Palm Springs strip and casinos, you’ll be in the center of all that’s happening in our favorite desert city. You may not want to leave the house, though, since this home is equipped with full amenities and enough entertainment guaranteed to keep you busy for your entire stay. From a poker table to a game room (full with air hockey, billiards, ping pong, football and darts) inside, and mini-golf, a kid’s playground, and a pool and jacuzzi outside, you’ll have so much fun here that you won’t want to leave.

We had a wonderful time!! The house had so many great things/games to play. The whole family agreed this was the best VRBO we’ve stayed in. The house was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything needed…The family enjoyed the pool and the outdoor activities . Our Host was amazing. Any questions I had was addressed right away. Host was super quick to respond to our questions, which was highly appreciated! The pool and backyard was great! There were some small things with the house that just seemed a bit off. For example, in one of the bathrooms there wasn’t a hand towel, there wasn’t any soap in the dispenser in the kitchen, floor seemed a bit dirty when we arrived. All in all though, we enjoyed our stay.

Host was extremely responsive. Check in was easy and the house was perfect. My husband and I stayed 3 weeks and had family join us for part of that time. The house proved to be perfect for all nine of us yet very comfortable for the few weeks when it was just us 2. Location is ideal if you want to be close to downtown as it’s within 8-10 min driving distance. The backyard, pool, playground set, and garage converted to a game room kept everyone occupied and happy. I would definitely recommend this place and would not hesitate to come back.

What a nice home. Lots of room for everyone. The heated pool was great as were the hot tub, outside fire place, swing-set and putting green. The kids loved it. We only stayed two days but would’ve loved to have been there for more time.

The check in process was super simple. The pool, hot tub and backyard had not been cleaned when we arrived. I contacted the host and someone was over in 1 1/2 hours to clean. The location of the house was perfect. It is close to the airport, downtown and tram. We had an issue with ants in the bedrooms and someone was sent over the same day to take care of the ants. The house was surface level clean but it is due for a deep clean and has little issues like the shower drain holds water, the sheets are piled and the kitchen supplies are very low end products. The mattress in the master bedroom also need to be replaced. If not for these issues I would give the house and the experience 5 stars.

We would like to clarify that the home, pool, and backyard were professionally cleaned the day prior to your arrival. Palm Springs is currently experiencing a windy season, which can unfortunately cause outdoor areas, including pools, to accumulate debris quickly. That said, we acted promptly and sent a crew as soon as they were available to address the issue. Regarding the ants, this is not something we have experienced with previous guests. It’s possible that food left out may have attracted them, but regardless, we took care of the situation immediately the same day to ensure your comfort. As for the comments about deep cleaning and kitchen supplies, we take great pride in maintaining a high standard. We have not received similar concerns from other guests, in fact, our reviews consistently reflect that the property is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve.

My 4 friends and I enjoyed our stay in Palm Springs. The house is lovely, we just had a few minor issues that kept me from giving it top scores.It was a very posh looking place, and given that it seemed like the owner was cutting corners in places that didn't make sense. All the dinner ware was plastic, and many of the plastic cups were leaking. The sheets were of a fabric that didn't breathe well, and in such a hot climate it wasn't very comfortable for sleeping. When we first checked in, we were only provided with 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner, and 1 tiny bar of bath soap total. However, when I asked about this, someone did come to give us more. The bathrooms don't have the best layout for a group. The bathroom in the master bath has no door (except for the toilet), and then there is a jack&jill bathroom between 2 of the guest rooms. So the person staying in the 4th bedroom needs to go through someone else's bedroom to shower--there is a half bath they could get to for the nighttime bathroom trip, thankfully. Also, the jack&jill bathroom has no fan, so it steamed up the bedrooms. There's a window, but it was very high up (out of my reach) in the shower.However, we loved having full control of the cooling of the house, and being able to set the temperature on the pool and spa. Also, it was a luxury to not have anything to do upon checkout except lock up the house. I would still recommend staying, just with the caveats above.
