Cute cozy apartment that was close to everything we wanted to do for our anniversary trip. Communication was outstanding when we ran into some issues checking in after 12 hours of delayed flights. Will stay here again when we return!

This apartment was everything we could have hoped for and more! The location in Sundance Square is absolutely perfect.The space itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with every single amenity needed for a seamless, comfortable stay. Communication with the host was top-notch from start to finish; they were incredibly responsive, helpful, and welcoming.I will definitely be back and will choose this property over a hotel every single time moving forward. Highly recommend!

5/5 Stars – Incredible stay and top-notch hosts!Our stay was perfection from start to finish. The property was exactly as advertised and truly exceeded all of our expectations. You couldn’t ask for a better location—it’s central to everything, making it super easy to walk to many of our favorite spots around Sundance Square.On top of a wonderful space, Kimberly and Federico were the most communicative, thoughtful, and kind hosts we’ve encountered across any of our recent rentals. They even graciously accommodated a special request for us, which made our trip so much smoother. We cannot recommend this property and these hosts highly enough. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I was impressed with both the location and the comfort of the place. I was attending a conference near the convention center and this is 2-3 blocks away. It’s an easy walk and it feels like a safe neighborhood.

Surprisingly quiet even during busy weekend evenings.Stayed here for a convention center event, but really want to go back for the proximity of dinning options and night life fun.Recommend researching the parking garages closer as that was the most difficult part, but that’s to be expected for downtown venues.

This was an excellent place to stay for the Christmas Holidays. Walking distance to so many places in Downtown Fort Worth. The loft was super clean and nicely decorated, I felt like I was home. Communication with the owner was one of the best I've had. Would definitely recommend!

I was honestly not expecting the property to be as clean as it was, but it looked fantastic. The provided videos and instructions from the host made check in and check out seamless. The host also responded to every query in a timely manner.My only constructive feedback would be to install an overhead fan in the bed area, as the air doesn't flow a lot there (fan-on sleepers like me, this will be your only struggle of the stay!)Was super fun and I expect we'll stay here again

This is a great apartment in the heart of Sundance Square. There are tons of restaurants and shops and venues within a very easy walking distance. The loft had everything we needed and we had a great stay. Check in was easy and our host checked in with us a few times before and during our stay.

Awesome Loft in a Great Location

I had a great stay at the loft! I would recommend for anyone staying in downtown Fort Worth. It was just steps from the so many great restaurants and venues. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Perfect in every way

We loved our stay here. Beautifully decorated, perfect location, clean and all the basic needs were available. Kimberly was available for questions very quickly. If you are looking for a perfect place for a stay in Sundance Square this is it!

Classy loft in a great location!

We loved our stay and would definitely book again. Clean, classy space with a killer location. We had a few issues with the door code but our host was very timely in the communication so it was never an issue. We loved every minute!

Great location and well-designed loft. Great layout and decoration. Bed is extremely comfortable. Hosts are very responsive. There were a few issues with the cleanliness, such as chunks of grease left on a pan and stored back in the pots and pans cabinet, and hair in drawers, on the walls, and in the shower of the bathroom. I sent pics to the host and the host apologized. Overall, we would stay here again!!

Nice location next to Sundance Sq. A lot of activities close, with an abundance of restaurants. Parked at 777 parking garage, 25.00 daily, short walk from the building. Building access was dicey, the keypad out front took numerous attempts to work. The communication with the manager was always responsive. There were several items in the unit that did not work and overall the cleanliness was subpar, with buildup of dust in several places. Sent pictures to manager and was notified there would be a better process moving forward for future guests, unfortunately not during our stay. Would we stay in the building again, most likely.

We loved the location and felt safe while we were there. It included all the amenities as described. It was just steps away from everything and the area was completely walkable. The only complaint I have, and it’s not even on the apartment, is the parking situation. While we knew it was offsite, we were under the impression there was a daily fee but that was not the case. It was basically 25 every time we left if we parked more than 3 hours. That wasn’t something we expected. But again, nothing to do with the owners. The place was perfect for our needs and made our trip amazing in every way.
