Plenty of place settings incl drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)

The salt water pool will leave your hair and skin smooth and no chlorine smelling dried out hair!
....If you’re not familiar with salt water pools think softened water, not ocean water. Gentle on skin and eyes!

Pool Settings are all scheduled. Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Smart TV's and super fast WiFi. Lots of lounge chairs and seating around the pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

This is a very well kept home and I want everyone to enjoy their time however I cannot express enough that we DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES AT ALL and anyone who breaks this rule WILL be immediately evicted without refund and subject to an additional $500 eviction fee. This includes playing loud or vulgar music outside, any drug use on the property including marijuana with a medical ID (please do it somewhere else), any excess cars or unregistered guests. Absolutely no indoor smoking including the garage. 26+ to book. 8 adults maximum. We care about our neighbors and our home and this behavior is not allowed at this property.
If this is your intention PLEASE do not book! Property is ideal for family vacations or relaxing friend get togethers.
