Accommodating up to 10 guests, the home combines private outdoor living, a game room, multiple ensuite bedrooms, and extensive resort recreation near Orlando's world-famous attractions.

Step outside to your private screened pool, spa, and spacious lanai. The east-facing pool area is especially inviting in the morning, giving you a relaxing place to start the day with coffee and Florida sunshine before heading out for another Orlando adventure.

Spend the afternoon swimming, relax beside the water, or return from the theme parks and enjoy a quiet evening by the pool. The spacious pool deck and outdoor patio furniture provide plenty of room for your group to spend time together outdoors.

The adjoining spa provides another place to unwind after busy days exploring Central Florida. The spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

Inside, the spacious living areas give families and groups plenty of room to spread out. The main living area provides a comfortable gathering place for relaxing together, while the private game room adds another entertainment option with foosball for some friendly family competition.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, making meals at home convenient. Prepare breakfast before heading to Disney, put together lunch between activities, or enjoy a relaxed family dinner after a day at the parks.

The five-bedroom configuration provides flexible accommodations for families, couples, and multi-generational groups. A downstairs queen bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, while the upstairs king bedroom has its own ensuite. A queen bedroom and full bedroom share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and an additional twin bedroom provides another sleeping space.

Entertainment is available throughout most of the home with a flat-screen cable TV in the living room and flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms except the twin bedroom. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a full-size washer and dryer, central air conditioning, towels, and bed linens provide additional everyday conveniences.

RESORT ACCESS FEE

Solterra Resort charges a mandatory amenity access fee of $35 for reservations with 12 or fewer guests or $45 for reservations with 13 or more guests. Payment must be made directly at the clubhouse using a credit or debit card.
