We complete renovated in 2022 by our own taste. Hope you like it. We only visit our getaway condo a few times a year, so we decided to share this amazing place to others. Welcome to the paradise! You will love our condo. You will definitely feel like you are on paradise holiday. The fabulous white sand beach is just a few minutes walk away. You will be close to everything: beach, restaurants, entertainment, etc.
For those with kids, there are plenty of entertainment around (walking distance), like The Big Kahuna’s Waterpark and The Track Family Amusement & Theme Park and more.
The living room welcomes you with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and extra love seat sofa. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a smart thermostat. Our dining area an open space with living room where you can enjoy the meals on 6 seats table watching TV in the same time.
Our laundry room is situated on the end of a long hall way and has a brand new Samsung washer & dryer for your convenience.
Our kitchen area is a full open concept to the living room, and it is fully stocked with all your cooking essentials like dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, blender and standard coffee maker, etc. Now is new renovated.
Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and comfortable pillows for a great night's sleep. Both bedrooms have flat-screen televisions with ample selections of channels for relaxing in bed while watching your favorite shows at the end of the day.
Brand 2 new renovated bathrooms are waiting for you to enjoy it.
Guest access: You, our guests have access to the entire unit, full furnished with everything you need. Feel yourself home, but sweet vacation home. Our gated community - Gulf Terrace offers full access to our guests to: 2 tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, free parking, grills, picnic tables and a fishing pond with turtles. The check-in instructions will be through the platform message.
