Patio doors allow natural light to flood the space. The living room is tastefully furnished with a sofas and matching armchair, perfect for lounging after a day at the beach. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment, and sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony.
Adjacent to the living area, the fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or hosting a dinner party with friends, this kitchen has everything you need.
The condo offers two spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed for comfort and tranquility. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features two queen-sized beds and easy access to the bathroom. Guests also have access to shared amenities within the complex, such as a swimming pool, private beach access, tennis and pickle ball courts and BBQ area. We had a fantastic stay at condo 8C! The unit was beautifully organized and tastefully decorated, with lots of thoughtful upgrades that made it feel extra special. We especially loved the beamed ceilings—they added such charm to the space. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, and we appreciated the added touches like laundry detergent, fabric softener, and even coffee for our first morning.The owners really thought of everything—there was a wagon, beach chairs, a frisbee, and we even left our pool floats for the next guests to enjoy. We made great use of the pool and pickleball courts, and the track lighting on the balcony created such a fun vibe in the evenings. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the property staff were friendly and accommodating.The only thing we’d suggest is updating the mattress and bedding in the master bedroom. The bed squeaked quite a bit, and the blankets have seen better days.Dining tip: We loved Kenny D’s for great food and atmosphere. Overall, we had a blast and would absolutely return to condo 8C!

Property was what was expected and very close to the beach. Something that wasn’t mentioned in the listing was that the apartment included a rolling cart, lounge chairs and an ice chest for the beach - this was a pleasant surprise as I was on my way to Walmart to purchase the items when I came across them. House was clean and tidy but the floors were dirty - they didn’t look dirty but our socks were black after walking on it the first day - before going to the beach. We swept it after checking in and used our own personal roomba before checking out, but the floor does need a good scrubbing. I was impressed with the pool, they are not normally well maintained but this pool was very clean and clear and was not overly chlorinated- great temperature and the depth was great! Shallow enough for kids to play in and deep enough to swim. 4-8ft. Nice, quiet neighborhood with restaurants within walking distance, offering karaoke in the evenings. No need to rent a golf cart as the beach and restaurant are close and everything else will require a car. We would stay again.
