My house nearby the Longview lake take 7-8 minutes drive(https://www.makeyourdayhere.com/Parks-Lakes/Longview-Lake )there are where you can go get boating, barbecue, swimming, fishing, walking, camping, hiking,dog park etc.You can't imagine if you haven't experienced it.Don’t wait make your plans for this magical place.If you sitting my patio don’t surprise if you saw deers family sometime.Very peaceful ☮️ and beautiful place for stay spend weekends and holidays .A large shopping center named Truman Center just crossed from my property area.Many
restaurants,shops and the grocery store.The bar,BBQ,and party house in heart of downtown Grandview bridge through.I guess that's why the president Hurry Truman made it his former home in Grandview Missouri. A place with a long history. Thousands of Christians make tours to the world famous IHOUP prayer centers every year…Can’t rescript more.I know you're going to love it here if you experience it for yourself.

Convenient Location

Very comfortable, welcoming home. Host was outstanding. It is an older home but worked really well for our stay.

2 Night Stay

Loved the well stocked kitchen. Could use more coffee mugs. The main beds are TALL. Was difficult getting in and out of them. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Neighborhood was quiet. Was clean, could use a bit of cosmetic cleanup. Would stay again despite that.

Best place i’ve stayed!!

The property was so clean and the interior was beautiful. The property owner was very easy to get ahold of and made the check in and check out process so easy!! Great for a larger bunch:)

The inside of the house was very nice - the posted pictures are accurate. The beds are very comfortable. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint but over all met our needs perfectly.

Host was very quick to respond to questions and help our stay be comfortable. Was a great space for 2 moms traveling with 3 teen girls for softball! We all had a great time. Thanks Vivian!

Cute little property! Furniture was kind of uncomfortable but not too bad. Parking was kind of tight to get in and out. Other than that a great place to stay!

Recommend House

We booked this house for our employees to stay in while working out of state for several weeks. Communication was fantastic and everything went smoothly. The house was very comfortable and had everything they needed. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Great and quiet location

Property was very nice. My only complaint is there was a musty smell when we walked in the door. There must have been mold issues because when I woke up in the morning, my eye were burning.

Relaxed stay close to nature

The property was good overall with all amenities. It is affordable and well maintained property surrounded by trees and a big open field at the backyard. We can sometimes spot some deers coming around in the evening. Nice to major spots, at the same time away from the city crowd. Host was very approachable and responsive and the checkin checkout was smooth. We stayed with 2 families and there was enough space and privacy for everyone. Overall, nice stay. Definitely recommended.

Annual Speing Family Visit

The property was clean with multiple beds for a family to sleep comfortability. The property manager was attentive and easily able to be reached for questions. The two beds on the main floor are rather high and my father-in-law had difficulty getting on and off. I would suggest bringing a stable set of steps to get on and off the beds, if this would be a concern for your family. Overall, the property was well stocked and maintained.

Clean space

The space was as advertised and well maintained. My only negative would be the living room and dinning room furniture. The living room furniture was not very comfortable and the dining room chairs were wobbly. We were afraid to sit in them for fear of them breaking.

Nice layout for family get together

The space was as described. And was easy to get to. It was perfect for our group. However there were some issues that need to be addressed by the owner. Not everything worked. But the the things did worked well. The outdoor area was very nice and as it is on a dead end street it was very safe for the kids to play outside. Which they did.

This host was watching her cameras and complaining about the most ridiculous things almost to an invasive extent. This host even went through our garbage! Do not stay here unless you want to feel like you are being watched, you want you privacy invaded.

Bad Location

While the inside of this condo unit was nicely appointed, this is definitely in a BAD part of town. We did not feel safe at all leaving our vehicles parked on the street or entering or leaving after dark. The unit also had several cleaning issues including a sopping wet dining room rug, mold filling the bottom catch of the coffee machine, spoiled items left in the fridge from previous guests, and hair from previous guests on the shower walls. The host was very responsive, but I would NOT recommend this rental and would NOT stay here again.

Terrible owner support

Upon arrival we found a bug in one of the beds. My newphew is extremely some bugs. My mistake for not taking pics but when I called owner she was so nice. Said she would refund money. So now we are in the phase of 7 people with no place to stay. I should have slowed down a little and involve vrbo at first issue. In general place had some bad smells. Just a lesson learned on my half. But I know we made right decision not to stay the two nights. Owner now denies she knew or said anything. As the saying goes what goes around comes around.
