In 40 years of staying in all types of accommodations we’ve never left a poor review. This property and the poor communication with the property manager compels us to leave one here. My intention was to include the whole text thread for context, but we only have 1,500 characters here. The following is a piece of our text thread after bringing the initial list of challenges to the property manager’s attention.

I will let my maintenance crew know that you will be leaving and will have them reclean after you leave
They should be here around 11am
I get that you can’t stay in a disgusting place with your family.

Hole in carpet is a floor drain needed for if they is any flooding with ADA complaint home
Leak in ceiling spots are from 9 years ago no active mold just old water damage
I understand it’s unexceptionable
It’s disgusting and you all will need to leave. I wish we could have made it work

Hi Bre, We’re out. The towel rack came off the holder in the master bath when the towel was taken off this morning. Just seems like a set screw tightening.
The property manager wouldn’t process a partial refund after releasing us though and stopped communicating with us 6 days ago, 5 days before the original check out day, despite multiple attempts from our side.
