With two short turns to the Intracoastal, it offers both convenience and tranquility. Recently renovated, this home is designed to comfortably accommodate families and friends with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeping up to 6 people.



The property is filled with natural light and boasts updated kitchen and baths. With all new appliances, furnishings, kitchenware, and bedding, it is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Spend your days swimming in the large in-ground HEATED pool, fishing, or paddling from your own backyard with a kayak or paddleboard. The Palm Coast Marina is just minutes away for those wanting to bring a boat or jet ski.

Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $287 + tax per week. Please let us know in advance if you intend to pay for pool to be heated so that we can ensure the pool is nice and warm for your visit. Bring your furry friends, pets are welcome for $100 / pet + tax. Please let us know if you intend to bring your pet so we can add to your reservation! List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!



Other Things to Note:

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions.

- Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay.

- Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.

- If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, we do offer secure off-site parking approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. If you’d like to reserve a space, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can add it to your reservation and provide you with the access code.
