Cite Disney Themed Home

Home was very clean. Area was decorated exceptionally in Disney themed items. Owners were very informative and communication was great. The resort that the home was located in was very nice and contained several admenities/activities for our family (pool, lazy ricer, arcade,etc).

Wonderful experience

The condo at Regal Palms was perfect for our family’s Florida vacation. The size of the condo was awesome for our family of 5 and the extra touches with the decor was so fun. It really made a world of difference to be able to stretch out and be comfortable after busy days at the theme parks. The pool area was a hit with our kids. As was the ice cream shop and arcade. The owners, Mike and Buffy, were easy to communicate with helped make our vacation at their property perfect.

Great stay for a family with children

We came down for a cheer competition at Disney. This condo was great for our family. It’s quiet but still had plenty of kids for our youngest to hang out with in the lazy river and arcade area. We loved that the pool, arcade, lounge didn’t close until 11pm. My husband was excited they the onsite gym had free weights.

First Disney trip with kids

This was a fantastic condo for a family wanting to visit Disney and other area attractions. The condo was comfortable and had plenty of room, is themed well for the kids and has great pools. Mike and Buffy were a pleasure to deal with and were very helpful and responsive, they clearly take pride in their condo! We would be happy to stay again for any future trips to the parks!

The property was the best property I have stayed in Orlando. It was not a bad drive to any of the parks in Orlando. The host was very nice and easy to communicate all information. I will for sure stay here again.

Great Stay!

Mike was so friendly and so easy to get in touch with! The house was very spacious and very comfortable! We weren't on top of each other, everyone had their own space, which was really nice. Last year we stayed in a one room hotel room in Disney and we stuffed in like sardines. The kitchen was full of everything we needed to cook meals. The decor is so well thought out, very cute! The neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbors who we saw were very friendly. My kids loved the arcade! I would definitely stay again! Thanks to Mike and Buffy!

This is an incredible property. Very nice Disney theme throughout the condo. We loved the pool and the towels are provided daily! We would definitely like to stay again.

Wonderful getaway

We really enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home and the owners were wonderful to work with. The pool, lazy river, and water slides were fantastic for the kids. The condo was an easy drive to Disney, clean, and well equipped for everything we needed. We’d happily rent again!

Great vacation home

Great vacation rental for family with school aged kids. Clean and well decorated to feel like home away from home. Kids loved playing in the pool and lazy river after a long day at Universal and Disney while my wife and I relaxed with an adult drink at pool side. Will be booking again in future trips.

Simply perfect

Mike’s place was perfect for our family trip. The Disney theming was awesome and my kids loved it. The condo was well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. Out of all the VRBO rentals I’ve stayed in, Mike’s is easily the best. I will definitely be staying here again!

Nice Place to Stay

The location was remotely close to the areas we were visiting; Disney, Universal Studios, Daytona, and Springs Hills. The condo had what we needed for our family size and provided enough room for all of us. The owners were very friendly and checked in on us a couple times to make we had everything we needed. Check in at the front desk was a breeze.

Getaway

This was a beautiful property and was very comfortable to stay in for our family. The owners thought of all the details that families would need to feel at home. We loved having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that helped us get ready on time to enjoy what the area has to offer. People who book here won’t be disappointed-the hosts communicated well with any instructions we needed to make our stay welcoming.

The place was exactly as described. The pool area was amazing. We met the raccoons who visit the backyard and the kids named them. Mike and Buffy have a great place and very detailed instructions for everything. Will definitely stay again.

Mike and Buffy have a beautiful condo. They gave us plenty of information prior to arrival and departure. The girls loved the Mickey Mouse theme and being able to use the pool. We were close enough to go to the parks but enjoyed staying at the condo in the evenings as well.

Family Vacation

Overall, a very nice and clean property. Much much more room than a hotel for essentially the same cost per night, but also much better amenities. This property includes access to the pool, lazy river and water slides which were a hit with our toddler and nice to spend days at when we weren't at the parks. The heated pool made it nice to enjoy even with the temps in the low 70s. The owners were very attentive anytime we had questions or needed anything. We felt that the property had just as good, if not better theming for disney compared to staying on property. We didnt use them, but they provided a stroller and pack and play for those travelling without them. Grocery and delivery services were available in this neighborhood and there is a nice local grocery store right around the corner. The community is gated, so it feels safe and from what we could tell most of the neighborhood was families and retired folks. The owners provided everything we needed as far as cooking, cleaning and doing laundry. Plenty of towels for a 10 day stay. Fast internet and cable were also provided at no cost. Their is a lot of development happening in the area as more housing and restaurants are being built in this area. It was about a 25-30 minute drive to Disney with traffic, but only about 15-20 mins if you could avoid traffic. We would stay here again with our family! Definitely recommend.
