Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to review Charming Chipmunk. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay overall and the convenient location! Your comfort and safety are always our top priority. Your observations are duly noted; the parking CAN be a bit challenging due to the steep driveway, that is why pictures of the parking are prominately displayed on the listing and we do provide a small carport that offers additional parking for a small SUV type vehicle. Unfortunately, we do not have much control over the residual debris that remains from the fire, but we appreciate your bringing it up so other potential guests are aware of this. We do indeed provide single use shampoo/conditioner, bar soap & body lotion as a courtesy, I am so sorry if this was not left out for you. The previous guest mentioned nothing about the coffee maker not working, thanks for bringing this to our attention, and we will definitely have the master bathroom toilet checked and the shower light replaced-again, thanks for bringing it to our attention! We love having conscientious guests and appreciate your feedback! We are so happy you enjoyed our Village and like the location and surroundings of the Cabin! Thank you for your review. We appreciate your pointing out how important it is to read the arrival instructions! Basic provisions are provided, but from time to time folks may inadvertently take them home. Thank you for bringing it to our attention so we can restock. Glad you mention the Family Dollar since it is so convenient for most every need! We hope you enjoyed the Spa Basket amenities provided in each bathroom for guest use. Your comfort and safety is always our top priority. Regarding the debris, this was a most unfortunate fire that impacted some neighboring homes; while there was property and possession damage we as a community are eternally grateful there was no loss of life. We try to make all prospective guests aware of this fire incident to allow them to make an informed decision and alternate arrangements if they so choose as the current debris situation can be an eyesore, however it is out of our control. Those that elect to move forward with the booking are aware, and we hope this will not detract from their overall stay. We want our guests to be comfortable in every way possible. We are glad overall you enjoyed your stay and the location was suitable; Our proximity to the Village is walkable and quite convenient!
