We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, and the condo was just right for our family of six. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The only thing we could’ve used was an extra roll of toilet paper, but that’s a very minor thing. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Decent stay. Wouldn’t say I was wowed by the experience. Living space seating was kind of lacking for a property that says can accommodate a family of 8. Property Management was quick to reply when we arrived and had a couple questions.

The condo had a few things that need upgraded. There is no checkin before 4 pm and that isn’t communicated up front so do not get a flight that gets in early. The bathroom to change in the condo lobby is not super clean and luggage storage is an issue

Booked this condo for one last trip prior to school starting. Clean and spacious. It was nice to have washer and drying in condo! I have 4 kids and we didn’t feel cramped at all. Cable works. Both traditional coffee pot and keurig style. We did have some issues with pool code not working but host responded in less and 10 minutes and was easily corrected. Easy check in and check out. Also has a nice grilling area outside by the pool and already had charcoal and tools available. Will definitely be back!

The condo was exactly as advertised. The large balcony had an exceptional view of the ocean and was a wonderful place to start the morning with coffee. Our party of eight felt the space was roomy enough without feeling overcrowded. The bedrooms were large and had very nicely done bathrooms attached. Smaller bunk room was perfect for the kids.We enjoyed both pools and the hot tub as well as easy access to the beach. Having beach chairs and an umbrella included was an extra perk. There were several wonderful restaurants, shops, and the pier all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Fort Walton Beach.

Will stay again!

I have nothing but compliments for the condo and working with the property manager. We fad no issues. The view and pool was amazing. Condo was very comfortable and well kept. I would highly recommend booking this place for our next trip.

Awesome stay

Loved this unit! Only thing I can say is I wish the main door had an inside lock. Our toddlers loved trying to escape. Location is perfect, communication was amazing. Would stay here again!

Great family vacay

The communication with the property manager was very quick response and easy to communicate with. The property was very clean on arrival! The kitchen had everything we needed. Although there was only 1 kitchen towel, they could use more! For sleeping up to 8 we could also use more towels. But the full size washer and dryer worked really well and we’re well utilized! Location to the pool and beach was perfect. The building did have the fire alarm going out last day there. That ruined nap time for our little kids and our second half of the pool/beach day as a result. But nonetheless, we were completely satisfied with our stay here and would book again. I have to highlight the cleanliness of the condo on arrival! Not a drop of sand on site when we arrived! Very impressed thank you.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

We were very happy with condition of the property - clean and fresh and appealing decorating. Great deck and plenty of room for our family of five (more kids would have worked fine as well).

Beautiful Ocean View

Our stay was excellent. Wonderful condo with amazing views. Condo was beautiful and clean. Perfect for our family. Convenient walk to beach and pool. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall this was a good stay. I wish they would provide beach service for this price point. Location is the number one reason we chose this property. We love the pace of Okaloosa Island.

Wonderful Location

We loved our stay at this property! Check-in was simple and straightforward. Check out was easy and was the least amount of work I’ve ever been asked to do. Our only disappointment was that the Cox cable didn’t work on any of the TVs. There is a customer service number left to call for Cox to walk you through fixing the problem, but we didn’t want to spend our time on the beach on the phone with customer service. Other than that, everything was exactly as described, and we had plenty of room for the 4 adults and 4 kids we had with us. We will definitely book again with this company.

Thanks, Hugh! I’m so glad you enjoyed your beach getaway! I’m sorry the cable wasn’t working for you. Cox troubleshooting is available for guests, but not the only option. Sometimes they have to be on the line with someone at the tv. I checked after your departure and the mini box had come unplugged from the wall! Guests can alway reach me for maintenance issues! Love the beach!

The location is fantastic. It is so nice to look out at the beach and hear the waves at night. The area can be busy, but we were content to be at the condo and make our own meals. The beach is pristine, the pool is very nice, and the condo was very quiet. We had a great family time.
