The condo is beautifully furnished and renovated and offers breathtaking views of the sugar white sands & emerald green Gulf of Mexico waters! Conveniently located on Okaloosa Island with restaurants within walking distance, a grocery store less than 1/2 mile away, and a large stretch of beach with no high rises - no more fighting for beach chairs in the 5th row!

- Only 7 miles west of Destin – Okaloosa Island doesn't have high rises so we don't have all the traffic and crowded beaches like Destin!

- Less than a mile to the grocery store

The Beach Stays Vacation team is a boutique hosting team - we are passionate about delivering a great guest experience alongside a sparkling clean and well-maintained property, and to help our guests have the dream vacation they have worked and saved for!

Our team includes Kristine, Jen, Kim, and Shelly - we are excited to welcome you to the beach! We are here for you to answer any questions or to help you choose the perfect property, just ask. As owners and hosts, we have a small collection of beautiful properties to choose from. Our team looks forward to helping you have a fun and stress-free vacation!

**RULES - Primary guest must be 25+ to rent and supervise any guests not of age at all times, no pets, no smoking/vaping in condo or balcony, absolutely no luggage carts inside the condo, all guests must abide by all HOA rules, you will receive our required reservation agreement for electronic signature upon booking. A week prior to your check-in date I will send your welcome letter and door code!**

**Guest pets are not allowed in this building. Emotional support animals are not required by ADA laws to be allowed in vacation rentals. Please do not bring any pets! If you have an emotional support animal that you plan to bring, please search for pet friendly rental options!**

You will have access to our entire condo and all the building amenities and our beautiful, deeded beach!

Our guests will have a private vacation, but we are just a phone call or e-mail away!

You will love Okaloosa Island - not as busy and touristy as Destin, but only a few miles away! We have amazing restaurants, a grocery store very close, seasonal firework shows, and even a few places to eat located almost across the street. We love our little slice of paradise and we know you will too!

We offer free parking for up to 2 cars per reservation. No boats or trailers allowed. Our building is within walking distance or a short drive of several great restaurants and a mini golf/ice cream shop!

Upon booking, you will receive our standard rental agreement for electronic signature and an offer of optional travel insurance to protect your vacation!

Primary guest(s) must be at least 25 years old and personally supervise any guests under 25 at all times. NO pets allowed, including ESAs which are not required in vacation rentals by law, and no smoking/vaping in the condo or the balcony. We provide starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. If guests run out of supplies, they will need to purchase additional supplies. We are located in a condo building - we are not responsible for noise from other guests, any closed amenities due to maintenance or other or any other building issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours. Guest maximum cannot be exceeded per HOA rules and fire code laws - infants counts in guest count! Security deposit hold placed 2 days before arrival of $300 and released within 7 days of departure if no damage or theft. The management fee includes an accidental damage waiver to protect you for up to $500 of accidental damage during your stay.

*Departure instructions – we do ask that our guests remove all trash and food, start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes, and strip the beds. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
