Spacious house and close to beach. House was clean when we arrived and stocked with many beach and bath towels. Having two laundry rooms was very covenient.

Enjoyable stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a good location for our bachelorette party so close to the beach. The spaciousness of the kitchen was so nice. The house had plenty of room and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the amenities especially the beach towels and chair service. The back door did cause us some problems with the handle falling off and the alarm not shutting off. Also a little concerning that there was an appliance delivery at 6 pm after we had checked in wanting access to the property, we called the property office but no one replied. Very weird. The location quiet a little bit of a drive to the main area with restaurants, etc. but couldn't beat walk to the beach and quiet area.

The service from Blue Swells was amazing. We reported the propane tank for the grill was empty and within an hour someone was there. They actually replaced the entire grill. We had plenty of towels and the beach service of 2 chairs and an umbrella was so convenient. Everything was clean. It was a great place to stay.

Great Place to stay with issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the pool was below level for the filter to work, so we tried to fill it up... hose was broken and realized the water was shooting out of the pool pump. So submitted tickets for hose and pool pump... hose didnt get fixed until 2 days later, and pump never got fixed so most of my friends didnt want to get in an unfiltered pool. Aside from that there did seem to be some mold in the dishwasher and downstairs washing machine. Some other wear and tear, but nothing that would make me say I will never stay here again. It is in a great location and does have a great set up for as many people as I had stay. If it weren't for the pool issue, this would be rated way better - I can hand wash my own dishes and use the upstairs washing machine if needed. The pool is a major selling point for the rental though, that needs to be in working order for renters, especially when they wont allow earlier check in because the unit is being worked on, when clearly they never checked that.

The host was most definitely the best experience I’ve had in my many years of renting vacation homes. They responded immediately and was always positive. Wow, we had a great stay at Dog Dayz.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Dog Dayz. We walked in and were amazed at the cleanliness and beautiful decor. We had more than enough room. We will definitely stay here again. Also Clarissa was a great host.

Perfect for large groups

Excellent location short walk to beach, house is enormous, with huge bedrooms. Perfect for large families or groups. We had a great time grilling and cooking every night on the private patio/pool area. Very comfortable accommodations, away from the craziness of PCB but close enough to drive anywhere you would want to go

Enough room for extended family

Bug house with room for Extended family to all stay together for thr week. Ample seating for eating meals together. Beach an easy walk across the street.

Will be back!

We had an amazing time. Property is great and we will definitely be looking to book again. Great owners were easy to get ahold of when we had a question and the walk to the beach was so quick and easy! So glad we found this one.

Incredible large house that met our needs perfectly.

My favorite part was the beds were super comfortable memory foam mattresses. Maybe my only complaint would be no furniture on the second level patio.

Great Property

My family was extremely pleased with the accommodations for our stay in PCB. The house was everything it was listed as. The communication with the property managers was excellent! I was kept informed and updated throughout my stay. We will definitely rent this property again!

The big house with a small pool

House is great! Washer and dryers on multiple levels. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were plentiful.
