A brilliant 3 week stay for a family of 7. The property is in a really great location for all theme parks and it has been well maintained. The host was great with communication. Would highly recommend for families with young children and teenagers who need their own space.

Property was amazing. However we had no internet the entire time and it couldn’t be fixed until we departed. I messaged host be got no response the complex reached and had someone come check. Other than no internet service so we had no,TV without using our phone’s hotspot we enjoyed our stay. I would stay again at this location.

We had the bestest time at this lovely home. House was fully equipped, everything is what you see in the pictures and more. Super cozy home to come back to after a long day in the sun. The pool was amazing, kids loved it. We are definitely booking this home next year again.

We stayed in the month of June. Would definitely do it again. It was everything we could have wanted. Very close walk to the resort. My grandkids loved the kids water area. We loved the lazy river and plenty of shade. Close to restaurants,Disney, and shopping. Will stay again!!!

The house was nice. The carpet was a little old. I didn’t have issues with the community. The community pool was super nice. The pool at the house was nice, the hot tub was nice and hot too. Make sure you bring extra towels, there were only 2 towels per room. There were no extra blankets. The house gets very cold (that was a plus).

Property was as advertised. Would have liked a better supply of toilet paper, paper towels and basic cleaning supplies (409, dish soap, etc). Owner pretty unresponsive. Sent a message, text and left a voicemail. Took several days to get a response and when I did was told his management company would be in touch closer to the rental date. That wasn’t much help. All I wanted was answers to some general questions but he never gave me the chance to ask them. Overall a pleasant experience. The community pool was awesome.

Good stay. House appeared clean but wasn’t stocked very well. The kitchen didn’t any a spices or seasoning. We also didn’t have any spare toilet paper. The owner was responsive and helpful. Overall it was a good stay.

Room for the whole family close to Disney

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was great having 5 bedrooms and each with its own ensuite bathroom! We appreciated having a large home to come back to at the end of a long day at one of the Disney parks. Our adult children were able to join us for part of the holiday. The pool, especially, was inviting and enjoyable for all.The owner responded quickly to our questions. We recommend this property!

It's roomy and welcoming. The pool and hot tub are amaazing. Bathrooms everywhere. Very close to supermarket, pharmacy7-11. I hope to bring the family back in the future.

Great stay, clean home

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Necessities (like paper towels, toilet paper, soap, garbage bags) were provided which was nice. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. No issues during our stay.

Family vacation

We had a two week stay for 6 adults and 4 kids, the house was perfect for us, the pool very refreshing after a day at the parks. Only slight criticism was the lack of instructions of any of the equipment but generally excellent. I would recommend this house.

Great Location and Rental

Great location! The house was very nice and accommodating! No issues at all. We would definitely stay again. The only negative is that the game room is not cooled. So, it was too hot to spend any time there.I would suggest finding a way to cool that area of the home.

Christmas, Disney, New Year vacation

Great property, lots of room. Hot tub, pool, bbq all great. Pool table and fuzz ball good but air hockey broken. Lots of room for games, meals and leisure, we were just too busy with Disney. Would definitely like to come back and just enjoy the house and eachother!

Amazing Trip

We arrived later than expected but there was no issue getting through the gate or in the home. The home was beautiful, spacious and very clean. My family and I loved the home and the amenities available to us. The homeowner was always available for questions and very responsive. We will definitely be visiting again.

Florida Vacation

There was enough space for us all! this listing does no justice to how beautiful the home was literally everyone had a bathroom which was great! My son enjoyed the pool at the house and the club house. However be prepared to buy a float for the lazy river. The location was in close proximity to great restaurants, stores, and not far at all from Universal studios. It was a great vacation!

Awesome place. Book it!

My family and I (6 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, property manager was always quick to respond, the private pool was perfect, and each bedroom had its own full bathroom which was so nice. There is also a pool and lazy river for guests which the kids loved. We searched through many properties and we’re so happy we found and chose this rental. I’d recommend booking it. You won’t regret it. Next time we plan another trip to Florida, we’ll definitely try staying here.

Bed linen

It would have been perfect but the linen in the bed where i slept smells like a man had sleep there b4 me. Was the linen changed?

Yes all bed linens and towels are changed out and washed thoroughly by the cleaning agency.
