I am a professional and mature, yet very young at heart. I have worked in the service industry all of my life and love entertaining and providing great customer service and hospitality to our guests. I have worked in EMS, and Human Resources and now in Real Estate and Property Management. My partner is in Sales and Logistics, so it is a natural fit to plan, coordinate, prepare and understand the needs of our guests. Both of us grew up less than an hour from our current home. We love our home and property and love to share it with others.

We live in the home and share some spaces with our guests in a limited manner. Past guests have expressed their concerns of our presence in advance and found on arrival that they were pleasingly surprised just how comfortable of an environment we provided them during their stay. Our property is cross posted on multiple sites with over 100 stays and reviews of 5 stars. Our reviews across platforms reflect their appreciation for us being here to help them take advantage of all the services we provide, i.e. Pool controls, pool cleaning, sound system and projector screen, fire pit and fire starting for guests, landscape care, propane changes, etc...

My partner Tom and I took the leap into offering our home for short term rentals. We discussed our plan of carefully screening our guests and how we would host guests who are complete strangers prior to their inquiry. Initially, we effectively stumbled through hosting our first guests and learned from each stay and improved steadily as we continued. We continue to add amenities to our property based on guest input and research to provide the most for our guests over many other options they may find locally.

We practice thorough and transparent communications before, during and after our guest's stay. Upon check in, we encourage our guests who may encounter issues, to communicate them to us "during their stay" so we have the opportunity to correct the issue while they are here and they don't miss any amenities during their stay. We should never hear a complaint for the first time after a stay or in a review.

Since then, we have hosted nearly 200 nights and over 500 guests over several platforms. We continue to maintain a 4.95 to 5.0 rating out of 5 stars and we are very proud of this accomplishment. We maintain a very clean home and well manicured property for our own use and for our guests to enjoy. We are fortunate to have a very large home with 3 stories of indoor space and much more outdoor space. Plenty of room for space from others or gatherings for groups who prefer a large gathering space.

As stated earlier, in most cases, we offer more amenities and resources for our guests than most other Short Stay Rentals in the area.

We don't aim to be comparable in price, we do aim to be the best option for the money you pay. Talk with us and ask questions prior to reserving to be comfortable with your choice. We request that our guests provide information about their group including ages of the guests, accurate number of guests overnight or visiting, relationships to each other and reason for visiting out area.

We are likely in the extreme minority of property in the Poconos to have a full night club / bar set up in our finished basement. 120" projection screen for video or movies for your theatre experience.
We provide a private inground heated pool (seasonal), a new over sized hot tub spa, a regulation horseshoe pit, corn hole, game tables, and more. Outdoor lighting allows for day and night play.
We provide many indoor options of entertainment including a regulation size pool table, a dart board, jumbo wood Jenga, board games (both adult and child recommended). A juke box with older music for ambiance. Alexa devices for your choice and blue tooth speakers as well.
We provide an extensive and above average full gym in our home.
We provide a full coffee and tea bar with two keurig machines and other coffee pots, coffee k-cups, espresso machine, tea bags and bulk tea plus sugar and other sweeteners.
We provide television in 3 rooms, including an expanded cable package, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, and we can stream from any device you bring with you with your own choices.
Coming this fall:
