The house was originally planned as 3 apartments. This is still the case, but we only rent it out as a whole - as a group house. Upstairs there are two separate apartments, each with two bedrooms. A smaller bedroom with a double bed and the living room can easily be converted into a bedroom where up to 4 people can sleep in 2 double beds. Both apartments on the upper floor are identical. This means we have space for a maximum of 12 people upstairs. There is also a bathroom and a small kitchen with fridge upstairs. On the first floor there is a large living room with a wonderful and special tiled stove. The dining room and the large kitchen are equipped with everything you need to cook for up to 20 people. On the ground floor we also have 2 toilets, an entrance hall with plenty of space for skis etc. and the hallway. There are 2 more bedrooms in the basement. One with a double bed, which is quite large, and a very large bedroom with a dormitory for up to 6 people including a large TV and its own wood-burning stove. In the basement there is also a sauna, a bathroom with shower and double washbasin and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a ski boot warmer. A door leads from the large room downstairs to the huge south-facing terrace with plenty of lounge furniture. Everything you need for a great vacation with friends or groups is on site. The house is ideal for 8 to 18 people. But the maximum is 20.

It is important to note that in addition to the fee charged by Fewo, additional costs for electricity according to consumption 0.40 € per KwH and a wood flat rate of 80, - € for firewood is charged on site. On request, bed linen and towels can be rented from the property management for 15,- € per linen set.
