A former motor court, the hotel has undergone an 18-month restoration to preserve the hints of a bygone travel era while providing guests with the latest modern conveniences. Behind the blackout shades in your room, you can look over The Lawn, a manicured garden area.

Inside your room, you’ll find a queen-sized bed fitted with Peacock Alley luxury linens and furniture from Serena & Lily. A complete coffee station equipped with a Nespresso maker, glasses, and a refrigerator will get you ready to start your day. The amphitheater is a very short walk away, and Black Bear Bread Company is steps from your door.

The private bathroom has a marble-tiled shower and an ample vanity. The shower is fitted with a rainfall showerhead and wand. Plush robes are provided for your comfort. Beach towels are also provided for use during your stay if you want to head to the Ruskin Street Pavilion or the Coleman Pavilion and access the beach across the street.

Slip outside and enjoy your private porch area with a glass of wine in the evening. Or drift off for a nap in the hanging bed with a throw while smelling the sweet ocean breeze.

* The Court is a 2-night minimum year-round and 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court's yearly calendar is only open to book up to twelve months in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. All occupants must be 25 years of age or older.
