Larkspur (Trailhead Lodge 4116) offers the best in mountain contemporary living for your vacation, any time of year. Larkspur is located steps to the Wildhorse Gondola, whisking you directly to the ski base(winter only). Trailhead Lodge features one of the best amenity packages available in Steamboat Springs including a "on call" shuttle (winter only), large pool, 3 hot tubs, fitness center, game room, outdoor fire-pit, shared BBQ area, central air-conditioning, deluxe boot-drying facility, and ski storage.

Two large bedrooms, each with king beds, await you for a great night sleep after playing hard in Steamboat all day. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Both bathrooms feature double sinks and beautiful natural stone flooring and countertops. Gorgeous appointments are found throughout this superb vacation home, including granite counters, stainless appliances, a washer and dryer, knotty alder cabinets, wood floors, 9' ceilings, and air conditioning. A floor-to-ceiling natural ledge-stone gas fireplace is great to cozy up to on cold winter nights. You will enjoy the views of Emerald Mountain, Rocky Peak and Buff Pass from your own covered balcony.

Larkspur at Trailhead Lodge is the perfect mountain getaway. Enjoy a swim in the 25M lap pool, a long soak in the grotto hot tubs, or stories by the fire pit. Skiing access is snap as you can put on your boots in the main level storage area, take a few steps to the Trailhead Gondola which whisks you away to Steamboat's Gondola Square. The fitness room is first class if you need to get in a workout. The outdoor grill area is the perfect place to BBQ with a large patio and fireplace with the ski area as your backdrop. In the morning enjoy coffee and tea complimentary in the lobby. Walk to Strings in the Mountains Performance Center, hop on the hiking trails or over to the tennis bubble for a game of pickle ball or tennis.

Check in directly at the Trailhead Lodge front desk to receive your key cards, one parking permit, and a welcome envelope. **No parties/groups allowed**

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
