The entire private 1 bedroom, 1 bath front upstairs unit of a small triplex building. The triplex is located behind a front house.
Other things to note
This apartment is equipped with a portable air conditioning unit in the bedroom, ensuring your comfort on exceptionally warm days. However, if you prefer natural ventilation, you're in luck. The apartment's location, just a 1.8 miles inland from the beach, provides a naturally cooler environment compared to other areas of the city. The ample windows in the apartment facilitate a pleasant cross breeze, and you'll also find a ceiling fan in the living room and a portable fan for added comfort.
PET POLICY:
We will welcome one dog under 40 lbs. on a case by case basis. We do not allow any other pets. Please contact us prior to booking with your dog's breed, a bit of background on them, and let us know if you agree to the following pet rules:
★ We charge a $125 non refundable pet fee to cover cleaning.
★ Your dog must be fully housebroken and over 1 year old.
★ Your dog must be on a current flea medication regimen, fleas are very common in southern California.
★ Do not leave your dog unattended at any time. If you leave the apartment the dog must go with you. If you go to bed they must be crated. We do provide a crate so you do not need to travel with one.
★ Your dog must be kept on a leash when outside and pick up after your dog. If barking becomes an issue, I may have to ask you to shorten your stay. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture (sofa, bed, etc.)
NOTE: Located on the second floor: Guests must climb a flight of stairs.
