Welcome to our beautifully appointed first-floor beach condo, ideally located between the pristine white sands of Indian Shores Beach and the serene Intracoastal Waterway.
Resort-Style Amenities: Unwind in the large, heated pool overlooking the water, fish from the private dock, or grill your favorite meal on the gas grills provided.
Easy Beach Access: Use the pedestrian crosswalk across Gulf Blvd for the complex's direct access to the award-winning beach, where the gentle waves await.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Our kitchen includes a full-size oven, full-size dishwasher, and microwave, and plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils ensuring you have all the comforts of home.
Coastal Decor: Enjoy the stylish, on-trend decor with a new sofa and bed, creating a cozy coastal vibe that welcomes you after a day at the beach.
Complimentary Beach Gear: Save space in your luggage; we provide beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella at no extra charge—amenities other condos might charge for.
Spacious Accommodation: The one-bedroom condo has a whole second room where a queen can comfortably sleep additional members of your party along with the sleeper sofa, totally up to six guests.
