Emerald Hill #30 - After Dune Delight is a modern beach condo that can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. With a complex pool and the private beach just steps away, you'll love your stay at Emerald Hill. The complex sits right off the bike/walking path on 30A give easy access to all the dining and shopping of Seagrove and Seaside.

From the entry foyer take the stairs up to the main level where you're greeted with an open concept living, dining and kitchen space. Grab a seat on the sofa in front of the large TV while you plan out the rest of your vacation. Head out on your balcony for some pool views and to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Back inside there are dining seats for 6 plus a couple extra seats at the kitchen peninsula. Tucked away in the kitchen are full-size stacked front load washer and dryer. There is a convenient half bath on this main level.

Both bedrooms are upstairs and feature private bathrooms and king beds. Between both rooms is a set of twin hallway bunks.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed and TV. Private bathroom with dual vanities and tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2: King bed, sitting area, TV and balcony. Private bathroom with dual vanities and large walk-in shower.

Emerald Hill:
On the south side of Highway 30A, in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, this Gulf-front community offers a large sunny pool and private gated beach entrance. You'll enjoy swift access to the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of the Highway 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is approximately 2 miles away, and a Tom Thumb gas station is within walking distance. This family friendly complex is very close to some of the area’s most popular state parks as well.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
