Cette belle copropriété Beacons face au golfe est au coeur de Seagrove Beach et facilement accessible au premier étage. Une balade à vélo à Seaside devrait être à l'ordre du jour pour les événements, le shopping, l'observation architecturale et un plaisir culinaire gastronomique.

Beacons 1 est une unité entièrement meublée de 3 chambres à coucher au rez-de-chaussée. Avec 3 salles de bains, chaque chambre a la sienne. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size réglable. Vous apprécierez le patio avec une pelouse magnifiquement entretenue. Votre accès direct à la plage de sable de sucre avec des vagues déferlantes et de magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil sera votre équipement le plus attrayant de ce condo.

Beautiful update

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this condo for 11years. This year there was a beautiful update. We did have a problem with some electrical issues. We were told that they would get an electrician. Our microwave went out but they immediately brought another. We had a new washer and dryer. We love the location and will be back next year.

Needs Updating and Smells Bad

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was not impressed with this condo. The only positive was the proximity to the beach. The furniture in the living room was peeling. The overall condo had a horrible smell. The beds were not comfortable. The paint on the wall in the room with the two twin was peeling and flaked onto the bed. The walls were dirty and had unknown splatter on them.

Absolutely horrendous!

Before I go into the details, I’m sure the management company will fire back with a typical “we fixed all your concerns” response just like they have for the other negative reviews. What’s funny is all the positive review appear to be copy/paste reviews with identical wording. Renters beware. Now for the truth of our stay. It started with the owners promising us an early check in. They stated we could check in at any time since the unit was empty the night before and to just let them know when we get there and thus will let us in early. We arrived 2 hours early. It was raining and almost 100 degrees. All calls texts and messages were ignored leaving an infant and two toddlers sitting in the hot rain until the “official” check in time. Shame on you. As far as the condition of the place? IT’S VERY RUN DOWN. do not be deceived by the pictures or reviews. Walls had all kinds of blotchy patch work, there was MOLD growing up the wall out of the toilets (we were told it’s nothing to worry about!). The towels all had other people’s HAIR in them and felt like sand paper. The parking spots are hidden and only large enough for a sub compact. Any time you run the sink THE SMELL OF MILDEW AND MOLD FILLED THE CONDO. WASPS ON THE PATIO AND ROACHES INSIDE. We asked to be moved or check out and be refunded and the owners refused. Once again told us that the black mold was safe and nothing to worry about. 🙄 This is something I would have expected to rent in Haiti, not 30a.

Beautiful Beach vacation

Good amount of room. We had 6 people. Kitchen is updated and met our needs. Bathrooms need some updating but they were sufficient.. Beacon 1 first floor you cant see beach but the convenience of the green grass back yard and few steps to walkway outweighed a view of beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Location Location Location

If you plan to be on the beach all day this is the location for you. The beach is like 10-15 seconds from this ground unit. When you arrive they have a private driveway so it can be confusing at night because from the road it looks like it’s only one building but you have to drive down the left side of the 1st building. We had great family time but i would recommend bathroom remodeling, is all this place really needs. Went grocery shopping when we arrived and never had to leave for anything. Publix is close and all sorts of other restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Had a family of 7 and it was perfect for us. Thanks benchmark

Great Beach Access

It poured rain the entire time we were there and water poured down the wall in one bedroom and down the wall in the living room by the sliding doors. This caused the place to have a musty smell. This is an older building that could use some updating.

However you may have problems getting in and out on 30A. Only steps to the beach. If you can't do stairs don't rent. Steep stairs to beach. The condo itself needs updated inside and out.

We’ve been coming to Seagrove for 30+ years, staying the last 10 at Beacons. It’s literally a few steps to the beach on the private boardwalk, with a sweet little backyard, and plenty of room for cooking and playing games together. Chip the Beach Guy will set up your chairs at the perfect spot.
