Lovely stay

We all enjoyed this oceanfront condo in SeaGrove Beach.Great location, quiet spot but close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The condo is lovely and even nicer in person than the pictures!

Anniversary Trip

Absolutely beautiful property with exquisite beach views from 2 balconies. Everything was clean and well maintained. The walk to the beach is right down the adjacent staircase and the sunset view on the beach is picturesque. We stayed for our anniversary, but will plan on coming back with our kids very soon. Everything was perfect from start to finish for our vacation!

This is our second year staying at Emerald Hill. It is a wonderful property. Well maintained grounds, beautiful pool and very few steps to the beach! Candy at the rental office is awesome!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place, everything was as advertised. One thing that caught us by surprise which was no big deal but may be for some. This place does not allow sun canopies on the beach, only umbrellas. The other thing that I didn’t live was the beach chair rental people had about 75% of the beach staked out by about 7am leaving about 40 feet of beach for everyone else.

Great location, Great view, Great property

We have stayed in 30A for the past 10 years and know how important location is when you have kids that are teenagers. This property is walking distance (1.5 miles) to Bud & Alleys and food trucks in Seaside, a very short walk (0.2 miles) to Cafe 30A and Tom Thumb, and is on the ocean side of 30A (Southside). The views from the property are amazing, unobstructed views of ocean from ground floor and 2nd floor master bedroom. If you haven't stayed in 30A, 99% of properties don't have ocean views. Property was clean and no issues, property manager called to check on us a few times but we never needed them. Great property and even better location. Would stay here again for sure. Our kids are teenagers, so they had a short bike ride to seaside (5 mins).

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Mattresses were horrible .had to ask for hairdryer but office brought to me promptly. Would stay again if mattresses are replaced.

Excellent location!

Regarding property management, last year we stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and were able to use a keypad for entrance into condo. This was very convenient (we didn't have to pick up keys or keep up with them). Also, the property management sent an app to use for information about property, but it really didn't have any helpful information, just generic. I think an additional confirmation email the week before visiting would be helpful (repeat the initial email of check in procedure etc).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay as usual. Second time in this unit. Been staying at Emerald Hill sine 2009. My wife’s family has been coming there 20us years. Love the unit #10. My only complaint is the cleaning crews do not do a great job turning over the unit. Bathrooms are quickly done leaving lots of hair and filth behind around toilet and tubs. Food on floors . Dead bugs not cleaned up. Just not a thorough cleaning in between stays. It’s just done fast and not well. There is plenty of time between check in and check out to clean it right. The crews seem to just be in to much of a hurry. Just my opinion. We will be back and likely rent this unit again. Love the location, complex, and area.

Problem had to be fixed with a leak in wall but it was cured quickly. Would stay again be back in May.
