This property provided exactly what we were looking for. Enjoyed the natural beauty and the convenience of having the restaurant next door. Enjoyed the fire ring. Comfortable bed, great shower, great living room with view and very nice kitchen. Perfect stay!

This was the perfect getaway for my daughters and I. We had a wonderful weekend. The house was cozy and welcoming. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others!

Nice place to stay while exploring the area. Beautiful view from the living room windows. I’m handicapped and use a walker and was able to get around without a problem.

Jason was wonderful to communicate with! The address given and the address on our GPS didn’t line up but Jason quickly responded and helped us figure out the correct directions. We accidentally left behind a lovie for our little girl and Jason was wonderful about communicating finding it and getting it back to us! Would recommend staying here in the future!

The place was very clean. I was impressed. Excellent spot right on the creek. And if you got hungry, you can walk next-door. Jason, the owner, was very responsive to my texts. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in the Waterville area. Also, the beds were fantastic.!!! and the couches were nice too. They provided free firewood, which was awesome because we had campfires every night that we were there.

Wonderful, clean and family-friendly cabin! Within walking distance of Waterville Hotel, General Store, and a very nice playground! We had a wonderful time! And the creek is in your backyard!

It was a great stay. Espacially eating next to river. We have visited couple natural spots in the area. We really enjoyed the time spent with my wife. It is a really good place to stay to get away from the city and connect with the nature.

We had a great stay at the cabin. The location right beside the creek was lovely: beautiful and restful. We took Hikes on the rail trail street from the house, also beautiful. We found good food at the hotel and within a half hour drive. Jason was great and responding quickly to a glitch we had entering the property when we arrived. The cabin was well stocked with games and light recreational equipment. We did make a last-minute change to bring elderly in-laws at the last minute, and the cabin is a little tight for two older couples, but we managed fine. We would definitely return.

Great base for exploring the countryside!

Fantastic location right on the trail and the water. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nicely appointed, and the kitchen was well-furnished. The reclining lounge chairs were just what we needed after biking in The Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania. We'd certainly stay here again!

Very comfortable cabin. Nice view of the river. Has everything that we needed for our stay . The parking spot and first sighting of the cabin is the only weakness. Once inside, that quickly fades.

The cabin is comfortable with lots of upgrades. The kitchen is completely outfitted and makes meal prep very easy. The bathroom was very modern and the shower with two options was very relaxing at the end of the day. And the beds were very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The location is in easy walking distance to the Rail Trail, the community park, the general store and the Waterville Hotel for a great dinner.
