The cottage has tons of windows and an open floor plan~ feels bright and airy. With 5 bedrooms/10 beds, sleeps 14-16; plus 3 full bathrooms.
Many nooks to gather or escape ~ sunroom, fenced backyard, living rooms & upper balcony.
You can walk to shops, cafes, pizza, pubs, mini-golf, ice cream, and much more.

Walk to the beach, sit on the bench, and enjoy your morning coffee or evening champagne. Your senses will awaken and take it all in!

Instructions:
• Active the keypad: hold your palm against the screen until digits are illuminated.
• To Unlock: Enter your customized 4-digit code
• To Lock: Pull door shut, activate keypad, and press the lock symbol

The guest will receive an access code to the main house for the duration of the stay. In case of an emergency, a property manager will be available

Surf City remains the premier spot in New Jersey for quiet relaxation by the ocean. Since it is only a quarter-mile wide, visitors are close to the sea and the bay. With some of the most naturally beautiful beaches on the east coast and hundreds of boutiques and fine restaurants, you will always have something to do. Surf City is a centrally located and highly popular portion of LBI, perfect for family vacationers. It is a short distance from the causeway bridge – avoid being stuck in beach traffic up and down LBI! The “boulevard” section offers endless shopping and restaurants, making a stroll down the street sure to please! Surf City also hosts a great bay beach for the little ones to dip in a more low-key environment.
