This gorgeous lake front condo is located just a few steps away from 2,000 feet of BEACH access that is designated only for your family and right out the front door is the POOL! This PET-FRIENDLY unit is located across the street from Whales Tail beach bar and restaurant. Enjoy countless hours resting in your screened-in porch that sits directly on the famous Stewart Lake which is a great FISHING hole right out your back door. Don’t forget to book your tee-times at Seascape and Emerald Bay.
Seascape is a gated community that features an 18 hole GOLF course, 7 tennis courts, 5 pools, Restaurants, outdoor activities + so much more! This unit features plenty of room for your entire family. This one bedroom lakefront unit is located on the ground floor. The covered patio opens up to Lake Stewart and has a view of the 14th green. Fully equipped kitchens to accommodate your every need and washer/dryer in the unit.

Property was very good . We plan to rebook in the future, Cooking equipment was good although we did not find a cutting board. Facility was good but it could use more light in the kitchen and a TV in the bedroom.

Nice place for a home base

Nice little condo - is marked as sleeping 4 adults, but was just about the right size for two of us (mom and young adult), since it has a king bed and a fold out couch. Location is awesome - we were here for one of the Real Topeka music festivals and it was great being so close to the beach so we could come and go for activities there, but get a break from the sun in between. Walking distance to the usual stage area was almost exactly 1/2 mile using the boardwalk, a nice walk on the boardwalk over the lake. First floor, direct access to the parking lot is great for car travelers, and there always seemed to be parking available (not that we ever left to need to find a space once we got there!) Would stay here again.

Location is 5 star Communication was good We had a good stay. Minor inconveniences that I didn’t need to pester the owner with: The housekeeping service needs to be addressed. Toenail clippings on the bedroom rug; one stabbed me in the foot. Gross. Sheets were dirty, thankful for a washer and dryer. I had to wash first thing. My husband had to change out the air filter for the AC unit. It hadn’t been changed in months. The unit worked better after change out. The floors need a good scrub. Our feet were dirty from the floor. Bedroom pillows are very much stained. Contractors had torn off the screen to the porch. Never got it finished while we were there. So it sucked that we couldn’t use the porch (this wasn’t the owners fault) If you overlook the inconveniences, we had a good trip. If the condo was spruced up and cleaned up, we would return.

Hi Elizabeth. I’m so sorry for your issues during the stay. We did have the construction in our listing description so that anyone booking would be aware of the porch being unavailable, however, we also had a temporary cleaning team in place for the July construction that would handle the mess that the construction was leaving out back to ensure that space was cleaned too, not usually covered by the regular cleaning team. It was brought to my attention that they didn’t do a great job inside, and if I had known I would have immediately replaced them. Our regular team is back in place and we have had no complaints since. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay in Miramar . This was our third time this year to Miramar and first at this property . We really liked the location to a few of our favorite places . Pompano joes , surf hut , whales tail . We would consider renting this property again in the future

Perfect location

My family and I were very pleased with our stay at seascape. It was a perfect location and fit the three of us +2 dogs perfectly. The host was very easy to communicate with and responds very promptly. The only suggestion I would make is putting a lock on the porch door. I have a dog who knows how to open it lol.

Miamar beach

The property is very conveniently located. Beach access, shopping and food options were many. The property manager responded to questions very promptly. He also allowed extra time on check out day for my husband’s meeting that was online. The cleanliness could have been better as the sand was sticking on our feet as soon as we entered the property. The air conditioner was not working well. Towels were less for a family of four. We were unable to use the sunroom d/ t many flies. Thank you.

The rate is more refelective of LOCATION than it is the quality of the accomodations. It is in a general state of decline after what I am sure has been many years of use as a daily/weekly rental. Lots of sand, here there, and everywhere. My guess would be that their "turnover routine" is more about "straightening up" than it is "cleaning." Miniblinds in the bedroom cannnot be opened to allow sunlight in. The bathtub drain is slow to keep up with the shower flow. Just lots of little things that show signs of long wear and tear. On the positive side: It is very spacious, well located, and quiet with parking at your door. I would regard the local area as "Gatlinburg with a Beach." Heavy traffic and "in your face" touristy overload.

Great location, good price, well stocked.

Overall the property was good. The location was excellent--quick walk to a beautiful beach, several restaurants, etc. Check in process was somewhat of a problem but communication with the owner was great and he resolved as soon as he possibly could. That was greatly appreciated. Cleanliness: it was not as clean as we'd like. There was a musty smell in the place and the bed sheets had hairs in them (we had to wash them before we used the bed and had to use what little was left of some laundry detergent we found in a closet), the toilet was not cleaned (there was diarrhea spatter all over the inside of the bowl) and the dishwasher had dirty dishes that someone had just left in there. Again, the owner was very understanding about it and we came to an agreement on how to approach this situation. I would have given the property 5 stars had it not been for these issues. Disclaimer: I am just stating facts of what our experience was and in no way would reflect what others have experienced or will experience at this property.

None of this was mentioned to me at the time other than check in process (guest could not get the code to work because you have to turn the lock). I was in the unit before the guest arrived doing a pre-arrival inspection and there were no dirty dishes or diarrhea splatter. The guest was trying to get me to give a huge discount because of the ten minute delay in checkin (which has not happened since), and I honestly am sure where anything else mentioned in this review is coming from.

Property was in an awesome location. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Pet friendly which was great for us. Owner was easy to communicate with and seemed like a genuinely great person. Was always accessible which gave us peace of mind. Would not hesitate to use again.
