One of the best views and units at the Sea Cabins on the Isle of Palms. Located in the heart of the Isle of Palms and directly on the ocean, our condo is only steps from the pristine beaches of the IOP. You will be able to enjoy the beach, fish from the pier, swim in the pool or visit the shops and restaurants - all within walking distance. Charleston, with all of its history, cuisine, culture, shops & eateries, is only 13 miles West.

Our condo is the top floor, corner unit overlooking the pier and backing up to the park. We have an extra, exterior window allowing in plenty of light and providing a spectacular sunrise view. This modern unit has 1 BR and 1 Bath with a sleeper sofa and has 490 sq ft of oceanfront views. The private covered balcony is an excellent place to relax and watch the sunset. The well appointed kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals. There is also a community pool, fishing pier and coin-operated laundry facility on site for guest use.

Perfect spot!

Our stay here was even better than what we hoped for. The top floor corner unit location was perfect. The unit is small but set up in such a way that allowed us plenty of space and comfort. The beach is gorgeous. We had a fantastic week and are already talking about when we could possibly return. Thank you!

Great stay

The narrow but long bed built in the wall is not really advertised but my 18 year old (6’1) slept in it most nights. The location is amazing.

Really enjoyed our stay. This condominium was perfect size for 2 people. Had everything we needed. Our favorite thing about it was the balcony that overlooked the ocean and pier. We felt like we had the very best view of this entire property. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!

My wife and I have been to Isle of Palms several times over the last few years and each time we stayed at Sea cabins. This is the first time staying in this particular condo, however, and we were very pleased. It’s already a great location, but, the condo has a wonderful view of the beach and park. We would definitely stay there again.

Best unit in Sea Cabins!

We have stayed in the Sea Cabins numerous times over the years, but this condo is by far our favorite. With the extra window and the open-ended balcony, this unit provides 220-degree ocean views and is much brighter than the inner units. The condo is spotless and clearly is carefully maintained. Everything in the unit is of higher quality than other rentals we have visited. From the soft bed linens, remarkably comfortable mattresses and pillows, thick, luxurious bath towels, and perfectly equipped kitchen, it’s apparent the owner is attentive to every detail. Additionally, the unique and thoughtful layout gives the unit a much more open feel than any other arrangement we have seen in Sea Cabins. Margaret was readily available for questions and the check-in was seamless. We can’t wait to schedule our next visit. Thanks for a great weekend!

Perfect spot!

Great balcony views. Unit was clean. Super close access to the private pier, the beach, the pool and IOP downtown. Our 10 year old nephew loved the bunk bed - perfect for kids! we will stay here again!

Location, location, location

The condo is small but was perfect for myself and my sister. You couldn't ask for a better location. Corner unit over looking the pier and adjacent to the state park. Margaret is very responsive and personable.

Right on the beach!

The listing is accurate. This condo is small, but it has a pullout sofa for any extra guests. The balcony is worth the price is admission alone. The sunrise is beautiful while having a cup of coffee. We will stay here again. The only "negative" is its on the third floor, so you have stairs to climb each time. Other than that, one small leaking faucet issue was addressed immediately and without any interruption to our vacation.

Amazing Beach View

This unit is all about the view. Being an end unit on the top floor you get an extra window looking out to the beach along with the balcony looking down the beach towards Charleston. The unit is cozy and simple. Beach and pier access is right at our feet as you go down the stairs. I highly recommend staying in this unit. Communication with the host was great. Rent bikes and explore.

Beach Front Beautiful

My wife and I spent an extended weekend at the Sea Cabins in Isle of Palms. This corner unit has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and also from the window located above the kitchen table. We woke up early one of the mornings and saw a breath taking sunrise from the window and the balcony. We didn't do any cooking while we were there but the kitchen was well stocked with the items needed to prepare and eat meals. Entrance to the condo was easy with a digital code provided by the property manager the day before we arrived. There was also a code to enter the beach through a private entrance as well as the private pier which is exclusive to Sea Cabin residents. This is not a large condo unit. It has one small bedroom with a full size bed and there is not much room between the bed and two of the walls. There is a nice sized closet with plenty of space to hang clothes and a dresser to place clothing or other items so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. The bathroom is small but adequate for two people. I believe the couch in the living room was a sleeper sofa though we didn't try it out. The one main drawback to this condo is that it is located on the third floor with no elevator. There is one short flight of stairs and two long flights of stairs to get to the third floor. This makes it difficult when bringing in your belongings when you arrive. After three of four trips carrying things up the stairs you will be worn out! However, the views from the third floor are amazing so there is the trade off. I would highly recommend this Sea Cabins unit to anyone looking for a good palce to stay in Isle of Palms.
