La célèbre chanson de Sebastian parle de la vie ici .... "De telles choses merveilleuses vous entourent, que recherchez-vous de plus? Ce condo privé 1Br / 1ba au 2e étage a un décor de plage lumineux et joyeux et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un moment de détente à la plage. Unité de coin à l'étage avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Chambre à coucher a un lit queen et salle de bain attenante de petite taille et un placard. Salon ouvert se compose d'un canapé-lit queen, table à manger, cuisine avec armoires faux-bois vieilli, grand réfrigérateur, cuisinière / four, micro-ondes, et tous les petits appareils nécessaires, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Parking gratuit sur place. Espace piscine privée à l'usage des clients de notre complexe. C'est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et certains des meilleurs restaurants de l'île. Près de l'île de Palms Connector, c'est un voyage rapide à Mt Pleasant ou �� 25 minutes du centre-ville de Charleston.

We really enjoyed our stay here although we had to leave 2 days early because of unforeseen reasons. The condo was very clean and Beth was fantastic to work with!

We had a great stay. Very clean, good location. It was kind of small for 4 people. And bathroom was in the master bedroom. That was sometimes a struggle but overall, very nice. Would stay again.

Perfect destination for young family

We have stayed here twice and always enjoy it! We plan to come back again! The ease of parking, access to the pool and a very short direct walk to the beach is amazing especially for families with young children. Beth, the property manager is always so thoughtful and quick to jump in with any need that may arise. Ghank you!

Great Location with a Short Walk to the Beach

Condo was just as described. Cute and comfortable and within a short walk of the beach and restaurants. Wish the bed was a king instead of a queen as there is room for it. Really enjoyed the area and would definitely return. Clear and detailed instructions from the property manager.

Beautiful surroundings, condo was sooo clean. Management very attentive to our needs. Quiet very peaceful. 5 minute walk to the lovely beach. Beds were comfortable no sagging mattresses or lumpy pillows. Bed were cleanly suppled with fresh linen upon arrival. . Kitchen was fully stock with equipment to cook. You supply food of course. Restaurants and grocery store near by. My family enjoyed the whole experience.

Wonderful Stay!

Everything was perfect - communication, description of property, cleanliness, amenities, location and check in/out process. I definitely recommend staying here if you are a small family or couple. When I originally tried to book our stay, it didn’t meet the minimum time requirement even though the days were available. The days before and after our stay were also booked so we couldn’t change the dates to make the stay longer in order to book. I messaged Beth to ask if they could even allow us to book. She was quick to respond and managed to accommodate our request! From then on the communication continued to be top tier. We arrived at the condo 2 hours before check in was allowed, but since we had printed the parking pass we were able to park in the lot, which we took advantage of. There were so many places to explore within walking distance so the 2 hours passed by quickly. Check in instructions were easy and we got into our room with no problems. We loved the decorations and the the cleanliness of the condo. It was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It had everything we needed for our stay. We took advantage of the beach chairs provided for use and we’re thankful because we didn’t bring our own. We didn’t use the utensils or any dishes provided as we ate out and didn’t spend a lot of time actually in the condo as there was so much to do nearby. However, there were dishes and things provided if we had wanted to cook our own meals. The pool was great, too and not crowded. The location is absolutely perfect. Once we parked on day 1 we didn’t use our vehicle until we left to come home. Everything was within walking distance. Beach access was important and to us and it was a short walk - that’s where we spent a majority of the time. We also walked to all the restaurants and shops around. We will definitely be back!

Summer Vacay

We visit the IOP every year before school starts. This is our second year staying at Ocean Inn condos. The condos are clean the property is well maintained and it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants that are within walking distance. Beth - property manager was helpful and nice. Will definitely stay here again

I felt the exact location was misrepresented as closer to the beach by the photo I looked at.

The unit itself was very nice. I would have like some chairs available to sit outside of the unit. Every other unit had some way to sit outside.

An ocean themed condo just off the ocean

This is a ocean-themed condo that is just off the (you guessed it!) ocean. There's lots to do in the area, and the property manager is very accessible if you need anything.

Great Location

The condo was exactly as advertised, it was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach. And WHAT A BEACH! The beach goes on each direction for a couple miles! Dinner, lunch and breakfast spots are easy to find. We will definately be back!

Great location and well maintained. Management was very helpful. Close proximity to many restaurants. Would recommend a 2 bedroom condo for groups 4 and larger if staying a week or longer.
