Peaceful Ranch House on 10 Acres! Hot Tub/Mountain Views
What was a cabin in the 1950s is now a large 3 bedroom / 2 bath retreat on a sprawling 10-acre slice of heaven. Perfectly located between Joshua Tree National Park and the eclectic Palm Springs, Rancho Pacifico is the perfect spot to recharge in the high desert. Just a quick drive away Pioneer Town, Pappy & Harriet's, Morongo Basin Reserve, Yucca Valley, & Integratron. Perfect for groups who want to explore the desert or relax away in isolation on the 60 foot front porch. Chill out in a perfectly situated hot tub under the stars with distant mountain views. Bring your pets!
This place was perfect for my group of 6 adults and 4 children. Highlights include the beautiful property, soaking in the hot tub under a beautiful starry night, and having big family dinners at the long dining table.
Also enjoyed the record player and the fact that the preoperty was dog friendly. Also very clean and well appointed.
Very responsive host with an exceptional property. Everything was wonderful and has everything you could ask for. Road to the property is a bit rough but itâs worth it! Highly recommend.
Place was perfect for our famy. Location is not far from joshua tree, we were there to see the shooting stars. We drove to joshua tree but traffic was crazy so we decided to come back. They were visible from our vrbo! Kids had fun un the jacuzzi. Strongly recommend this place, its lots of fun.
We loved our stay! The property had beautiful views and the houses were great. We loved all the little touches (record player, art, books, instruction notecards, etc) were all great and so well-styled. The beds were super comfortable. The hot tub was pristine and great for star-gazing. It did seem like the property had been cleaned right after their last stay but that some time had passed since then, so there was a bit of bugs, and a few broken patio chairs from previous guests, etc., but easily taken care of and the house rules were so reasonable we werenât fussed. We had a great time, and really appreciate our hostsâ great setup.
We loved the place! A lot of space, comfy bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen.
The only thing is that there were a lot of broken chairs and all hammocks were broken too. The cool dome that illustrates the ad's main image is 100% trashed, which is a bummer as we'd love to have spent time there and on hammocks.
Besides that, communication was great, we recommend the place, just don't expect some of the things from the pictures.
Wanted to explore Joshua Tree National Park and get away from the unreal Utah snow. Owner was fabulous to work with especially when we were having issues with our bank. He was very patient. And answered every question we had. I searched for weeks for a property in the area looking at Morongo Valley, 29 Palms, Joshua TreeâŠ..loved the size of this house giving each of our kids a room but the reviews said the road was rough getting to the house (coming from Utah that means you need chains 4 wheel driveâŠ) so I kept putting it at the bottom of our list. I eventually reached out to the owner and he assured me our van would make it up the road. The road was not a problem at all!!! We loved the vibe of the house. Especially the vinyls! Loved star gazing at night with no light pollution nearby and the kids loved exploring the land with the birds and rabbits. Had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked. We cooked a few meals in the house to save a bit of money with 4 kids from eating out and the kitchen had everything we needed and more!!! If we are ever in the area again we would definitely look at booking here again.
I loved the styles in the two separate âhousesâ. One was more old school western, the other is more modern. So much land to explore! Rough road coming up, have great suspension ;)
We were all totally satisfied with our experience in this property. Itâs been very nicely decorated & equipped with all needed utensils & furniture. The host is responsive & communication was very easy & smooth. Check in & out was super easy. I hope we get the chance to stay there again.
