This is so close to the ocean that you can be there in just minutes. Our summer rental property is popular for being in the heart of everything, but far enough from the hustle bustle of the boardwalk and day trippers.

Needing a break from the beach? Take an easy stroll to the local eateries and multiple ice cream parlors or enjoy some playtime at the tennis courts or playground. Just behind us is the entrance to a bike trail and a baseball field!

We love that we have repeat renters EVERY year and that these guests have become annual visitors! But our weeks go fast because of our regulars, and you'll be disappointed if you wait!

Whether you are on a family vacation or romantic getaway, Ocean City has something for everyone. It is great to be in the safest shore town and one of the best properties on the island. Ocean City continues to be recognized as “America’s Favorite Family Resort' for a reason!

The kitchen is a great workable space with an island and is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, drink shaker, flatware, 12 cup coffee maker, Keurig, pots, pans, garbage disposal, dishwasher, granite countertops, and anything else you may need! Washer and dryer are in the unit! The cable and DVD player for your use are great after a long day at the beach! More TVs in two other bedrooms, too! Tons of games for all ages are also available to keep the whole family busy. The front deck has furniture for you to enjoy that morning cup of coffee as the sun comes up and is shaded in the evening for cool relaxing nights. Outside you will also find an enclosed shower for easy clean up after the beach.

We have one parking spot behind the building. There is also additional free street parking.

-Rental Policy:

Check in is Saturday at 2 PM and check out is Saturday 10 AM from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Weekend/weekly rentals available April, May, September, and October with a three night minimum stay. We do not rent for less than a week during the summer season nor do we rent to groups (family rentals only, no high school groups). We rent Saturday to Saturday only during summer season. Family rentals only, renters must be 25 years of age. Professionally cleaned between tenants at no additional fee. We are a pet and animal free property. No pets or animals will be permitted under any circumstances. This no pet or animal policy includes service, therapy, and/or emotional support animals. Guests are solely responsible for their own personal health and safety.
