We loved our stay. It was in a perfect neighborhood and easy to get to all local places. The whole house was perfectly decorated and had that beachey vibe to it that i love.

Family beach trip

This really felt like a home away from home. The kitchen has everything we needed. Everything was labeled to help find items quickly and efficiently. The beds were comfortable, soft, and warm while the house was nice and COOL for the summer. The children’s books, games, and outdoor activities were a great amenity because that’s a lot of extra stuff to pack just to keep two toddlers entertained. The swing in the back was a big hit!!! I would love to stay here again! The home does have little mini steps in front and in bunk room. For a 2yo learning balance and a 70 elderly with knee problems I just made them extra aware.

Great place

As I drove up I realized the house is prettier in person. The house colors are calm and softer then the photos appear. The furniture is in great shape and comfortable. The linens are of good quality and soft. The AC works great & housekeeper does a great job. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything.

Super cute house

We loved our stay at the house. Amy was very responsive and left very clear and detailed instructions for the house. The house is very clean, organized and well decorated and is fully stocked with everything you need. We would highly recommend her place and would stay here again.

Special Touch Cottage

The cottage was nicely supplied with everything we needed for great Stay. It is very clean and modernized. The kitchen supplies provide you with everything you would need if you choose to cook. Amy Even puts out snacks for you to enjoy. The cottage is decorated so that you feel like you’re home.

Flounder trip

Great place to stay!! Close to great fishing spots! The location is perfect! I wish I would have utilized the full potential of this place, but was too busy fishing. Perfect for a family and perfect for a weekend getaway. Amy the host was very accommodating. The place is very clean. I recommend this place!

Wonderful Stay!

This home was perfect for our stay in Rockport! It is tastefully decorated, cozy and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to everything in Rockport. Amy is an amazing host, who responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. Really looking forward to our stay again next year!

Perfect Get-Away

Quick trip from Houston for a relaxing vacation. Property was just as described. Lots of thoughtful touches included, like coffee supplies, etc. Easy check in and out. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with several close restaurants.

Home away from home

Perfect home for family with kiddos. The kids loved the bunk room and the swing outside. Amy had everything perfect for when we arrived, including linens, paper products, and even condiments. Throughly impressed and the location of this home is perfect, it made our Walmart/H‑E‑B and beach trips so easy. I would recommend this home to everyone and hopefully one day we will be able to stay there again. Thank you Amy for being so responsive when messaged, definitely makes things easier. Highly recommend!

Winter Escape

We rented this home for a 6 week winter escape- boy did it fit the bill. Home ce equipped with all we needed to make our stay comfortable. Great location, quiet neighborhood- except the birds which we loved to hear and see all the birds! Excellent !

A Great Escape from Canadian Winters

We stayed at "Seas the Moment" property from Jan 15 - Feb 15, 2023. As a semi-retired couple this was our first try at an extended winter vacation. We did a lot of research of VRBO properties in the Rockport-Fulton area. We finally decided on this property in Rockport. The pictures & reviews of the property were excellent. We had 1,900 miles to travel from home & ended up in Rockport 1 day early. It was fairly seamless, with the help of Amy the property host, to get an extra day at the property. We got there & got into to the house & the property was very clean & organized, amazingly decorated & extremely well stocked with the essentials to start out with. This was a wonderful surprise because we thought we had a big grocery ahead of us to fill the house for a month. Considering the property is smaller it was so open & roomy & well organized. The constant, helpful communication with Amy was fantastic! She was amazing with us! Our 1 month stay was fantastic! We loved the property & the area! The weather was a little cooler than we expected but did have many nice, sunny, warm days. We would recommend this property to anyone not matter what stage of life you're at. If we were to recommend anything for changes it might be a half bath in the house. Both of us plus all our family guests are 55+ in age & the "morning rush" for the bathroom got a little interesting sometimes! Thanks Amy & Harry for everything & , Amy, we're going to miss our many texting conversations!
