We stayed there for work, cozy little house, large comfy bedrooms. Location was amazing. Yes there is a train 2 doors down but you hear Nothing from inside the house. Plenty outside seating. Will be staying again

Noisy neighborhood

There is a train that goes right by the house all day and night there is a car repair shop next door and a bar across the street so it is not a tranquil residential neighborhood The yard is huge but barren it has a tiny kitchen No soap or shampoo is provided which is fine but they should tell you that in advance The clocks in the house don’t work

First off, I would like to say that we have more than a few pictures of this home posted on the website (a picture of the kitchen) is also shown. That being said, did you not see the size of the kitchen? RE: Soap - there is more than enough hand soap in each bathroom and dishwashing soap in the kitchen. Under "Amenities" on the website - its lets you pick soap in general (there isn't a place to even mention what kind of soap is offered). To say that there was "no" soap in the house (is not a true statement). There is a huge Antique clock on the wall as decor, but it works. The only other clock is the one on the kitchen stove and its works. I sent you a text message on day 2 of your stay; checking in with you asking if everything was ok on your end and if you had any questions or concerns and you "did not respond to my text". You did not communicate at all. I was very welcoming and pleasant with you and your wife upon your arrival and even granted your request to check in earlier than the check in time. That being said, not sure why you never answered my check in text. Re: your reference to a Bar - we don't have a bar down the street. We are located down town Delray near the Beach - (a very busy place). Down the street from the property there are many (different) businesses but "no Bars". Re: Train - Brightline does pass through the middle of downtown Delray, however, it passes through very quickly and is not extremely noisy. Moreover, the property is equipped with heavy duty Impact doors/ Windows which blocks out the majority of outside noises. The yard is "Huge" but not barren. This property accommodates (4) people and we have (2) full Tables with chairs that are equipped with umbrellas. We also have (4) lounge chairs equipped with umbrellas. This is more than enough to accomodate more than (4) people in the property. They yard is also shown in the "pictures" online. Not sure, what else you wanted the yard to be equipped with, but if you are going to make a negative comment ( make a positive suggestion) its only fair. In the future, I would suggest you taking a closer look at the pictures of the inside/outside of the property before choosing to book. So that you will be happy with what you book. The large yard will be used to add an extension on the house - so that the kitchen can be opened up and to allow larger parties to book the property in the near future.
