Majestic Beach 1-501 is a luxurious beachfront 5th floor condo at the beautiful MAJESTIC BEACH RESORT in Panama City Beach—home of the world’s most beautiful beaches. It is on the corner of the west end of Tower One, meaning incredible sunsets every evening from an extra large balcony that wraps around the end of the building. It will sleep 8-10 (8 adults; 10 with children) and is newly decorated with fresh paint, furniture, mattresses, and stainless appliances. Starting Jan 1 2024 all guests will have to pay resort $40 per vehicle when they register.

Here is the breakdown of the rooms:

MASTER KING BEDROOM—Sit in bed and view the Gulf from your balcony access. Features a Master Bath with double vanity, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, and privacy closet/toilet. Also, a 55 inch flat screen TV for private viewing.

2ND KING BEDROOM—has its own private bathroom and TV.

3rd KING ROOM (2ND MASTER)—Has its own small private balcony overlooking the vast pool area, beach and miracle strip (street/city view) as well. Adjoining bathroom and TV.

TWIN BUNK BEDROOM—Features twin bunk beds for children or lighter weight adults; has a Chest, DVD player and small TV.

KITCHEN—Fully functional with new stainless steel appliances, variety of cookware, utensils and dishes along with a blender, toaster, griddle, crock pot, mixer, coffee maker and Keurig. A dining table and 3 bar stools make family breakfast easy! There is also a full sized washer and dryer.

LIVING AREA—Beautifully decorated, this area has a sofa sectional which can convert to a queen sofa bed. Two recliners provide relaxation while watching the 65 inch Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon streaming capable). The balcony includes multiple seating and provides endless opportunities to see ocean wildlife and views to the East and West. You will realize it is the perfect height for viewing, yet is far enough from potential noise below.

RESORT AMENITIES—5 pools total, 2 hot tubs, H20 BAR AND GRILL (good food and drinks poolside), movie theater (4th floor), Majestic market (Starbucks availability, as well as a Bloody Mary bar, pizza, breakfast sandwiches, sundries), game room, ice machine, and tennis availability. There is also access to the resort fitness center.

Panama City experience

Well the condo was just ok. The Tv in bunk bed room didn’t work. The ice maker didn’t work in kitchen. Would have preferred to have a bolt lock on front door which we didn’t have. One of the electrical outlets didn’t work. There were only like 2 drinking glasses for water. The view was pretty.

Best family vacation

We had such an amazing time at Majestic! The rooms were perfect for all our family members that came along and they even had chairs provided and some baby equipment! The floors were dirty cause my 11 months feet was black but we addressed that with staff and received immediate feedback and a solution. The elevators are super slow too. I would love to stay here again ❤️

Spring Break

Great spring break spot for kids and adults! Clean beaches and pools. The indoor pool worked out great for the one rainy day. The Movie theater on the property site was also a great option for in climate weather. They had an abundance of beach chairs and a large umbrella which made our beach days worry free.

Good space

Lots of beach supplies… chairs, umbrella, beach mat. Good amount of kitchen supplies. It is right above the pool so be prepared for noise from it and on the weekend people revving their engines on the strip. Most dies down around 10pm.

Fantastic Family Getaway

This 4 bedroom ocean front condo had and was everything we could have wished for in a vacation getaway. The view was breathtaking, the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. As a family we would pick this condo over and over again. Majestic Beach Resorts is outstanding also. Great family vacation!!!!!!!

Beach vacation with the family

This condo was perfect. Great view of the ocean and pool. Balcony was big. Walking distance to some local bars, restaurants and shopping. Parking was also a breeze! Definitely coming back

This was the perfect condo, being a corner unit on the fifth floor we had amazing views and easy access to the beach or pools. The walls are thick/sound proofed so we never heard anything from our neighbors, rooms were beautiful with very comfortable beds. If you plan to cook in the condo know they do not provide any food items not even salt and pepper you will need to buy everything you want, also the smoke alarm is sensitive to steam from the oven. Overall these things didn’t affect our stay and we would gladly stay again.

Nice and convenient

I've vacationed in PCB several time and the important thing when looking for a place to stay location. This location is convenient...you step out on to the beach and are within walking distance of several things. It was clean, so for me, it has it all.

It was Amazing!

My family of 8 truly enjoyed the location of the condo along with the amazing view of the beach on one side and the strip on the other side. Rooms were spacious and everything in working order. We will most definitely return! Check-in and Check-out was a breeze!! (No contact/No keys)

Wonderful vacation

The property was amazing. The view, the beach and the pool were all great! Only negatives were there are only 4 elevators in the tower and we spent a lot of time waiting for them. The ice maker didn’t work and the condo sleeps 10 (with the pullout sofa) but only silverware for 8. Other than that, it was awesome!

Property was amazing. Our unit was decorated so pretty. One bedroom was very warm the entire time though. It was the one in the very back. We assumed there wasn’t much that could be done about it, so we neglected to call maintenance. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Property was kept up well. Employees cleaning hallways constantly. Smelled clean. Our unit was clean and very well decorated. Beds were comfortable except for twin beds not good for teens. Would be best for maybe 10 and under

Perfect location but needs better cleaning crew

The resort was very clean (elevators, trash rooms, hallways, etc.). The unit itself was not clean. We found food and pieces of a game in the floor which means it was not swept. The blender had mold growing on the lid therefore was not usable even after washing it. The bathroom ceilings had black mold as well. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived on Saturday and was not replaced until Friday, however, speaking to the property manager was easy and quick. Since we didn’t have a dishwasher, we had to purchase disposable plates, cups, and napkins, which we are being reimbursed for! The Keurig was also broken upon arrival, but was almost immediately replaced. The things we loved about the place were definitely location, easy access to the beach, the pools, and the huge balcony! The unit also has 3 king beds which was a huge plus for our 3 families.

Lack of pride in ownership

I would stay at this resort again, but not in this unit. (Even though the large corner balcony is great!) Our stay was enjoyable and nothing was bad enough to ruin anything, but unfortunately, it seemed like the owner just didn't take pride in ownership. Some examples: the pantry door was broken, there was a large food smudge stuck on the crockpot, glass bathroom doors were left in the small balcony room closet, a non broken down ironing board (that could not be broken down) was also left in the closet-which left no space, rusted and broken patio furniture on small balcony, and the living room TV had significant burn in which made for terrible picture. The worst part was how gross the floor was. I understand there's lots of sand going in and out, but barefeet were black within an hour of arrival. Another thing worth mentioning is that there is NO access to a closet in the master bedroom. It is full of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, mats, a pack in play, crib, etc. None of those items were listed as available and would have been good to know so we didn't pack them, like we did. It also would have been good to know there was no closet available in the master bedroom. Like I said, nothing was awful, and we had a great time, but there were enough mishaps that made things a bit irritating.

We won't be coming back

The condo was a typical beach condo, nothing special. The furnishings were inexpensive and common. There were no extra blankets. We requested them and they were provided. The check in process was very tedious. It took us almost an hour to get a cart, load our stuff, walk a LONG way to our elevator, then wait and wait and wait for an elevator that was empty enough to hold the cart. We get to our condo and unload, then repeat the process. Wait and wait for an elevator to go back to the car for the next load of stuff, then return the cart to the parking garage to get my drivers license back. Once we were settled in, we could enjoy the wonderful view. We stayed 4 nights. We were located in a very noisy part of the "strip". The beach was beautiful, but it was a process to get our wagon down the elevator to the beach access. We used the indoor heated pool because the outdoor pools were freezing cold. the indoor pool was cloudy with what I suspect was sun screen that was washed off from those that had been on the beach.. We were told that we would have a starter supply of consumables. I have never stayed any where that did not provide a roll of toilet paper on the roll and a spare under the sink. A single use of laundry detergent was supposed to be supplied but was not. When I requested the blankets, I requested this and did not get it. We were prepared with extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and paper towels. Great family time, average location.
