Cozy Cabin with Hot Tub & Gameroom in Chester

We have ran our AirBNB and Chester for four years now. We have always received five star reviews as you can see from the pictures the house as it well appointed and we always take extremely good care of our guest and go above and beyond. Unfortunately, this guest did not abide by our rules and when we called and asked them to have their guest that were over the eight as they had around 20 guests there that were not approved to leave, the guest gave us extreme attitude and was arguing with us and I let them know that they were the most rudest guest that we have ever had. We are a small community and when I had several of my neighbors call and complain about the amount of vehicles that were there, it was extremely concerning as they know it is in an Airbnb. We definitely are not opposed to having above the eight guest at the house, but would like to be notified prior to arrival which it also states in the agreement that they were given a copy of. When I spoke to the guest on the phone and she basically had the attitude of it was no big deal and what should she do about it after I explained to her the situation several times and told her that she is going against the agreement she seemed to not care. There was definitely no yelling, but yes, I was getting frustrated. So for her to give me a one star, that has nothing to do with the home itself or the cleanliness more for the fact that she disregarded everything and felt that she was better than abiding by the contract.
