House is part of a two family. Separate entrances , Kitchen, Dining , Living room with Queen size sofa bed and spacious bathroom on first floor. Second Floor has two bedrooms. One -bedroom has a queen, and the second bedroom has a full size bed. Large closet- queen air mattress and pack/play is available. Has a separate patio, with grill, firepit, and a four person patio set. Laundry onsite. Location of the home close to Cape Cod rail trail/Bell's Neck conservation land for biking and hiking. 5 minute drive to the beach, and walking distance to Dennis port for great restaurants, and shops. Short drive to the Harwich port and Nantucket Island Ferry . Come and relax at the Cape.

The place is exactly what we're looking for, cozy but comfortable place for our family to hang out in between beach outings, pre-wedding and wedding events. My family enjoyed the multiple bikes to ride around, the outdoor seatings, but we enjoyed outdoor shower the most.

Very clean property. Communication with property manager was fabulous. Location of property was nice- short drive to beach or bay plus within 1 hr commute to anywhere on Cape Cod.

Great stay on the cape!

Great location and drivable to all the things we wanted to do on the cape. Clean house with all the amenities we needed and the owner was quick to respond to all questions and very accommodating! We would definitely stay again!

Dennis Port House

This was a great older traditional Cape Cod house, conveniently located near many restaurants, beaches, hiking trails, etc. The back patio was very relaxing!

Overall, it was fine for what we needed. It was in the center of the cape and the host was very responsive/accommodating.Some feedback below:It was hard to tell from the photos, but the first room was literally one step away from the wooden narrow staircase. I was terrified to have my small children sleep in that room because they could fall down the stairs and hurt themselves really bad. I would recommend a gate or better pics. They spent the week in our room on an air mattress. The air mattress was great, however, it was deflating, luckily there was an extra one in the closet that we used. We arrived late at night after a day of traveling with 3 small children so we had to reset up everything which was not idealThe listing mentioned there was shampoo/conditioner, and there was none. I would recommend editing the listing or just providing some so people can be prepared. The kitchen was also lacking essential items- There was no tinfoil/cooking spray and there were no regular drinking glasses or grill utensils. A citronella candle would be a good additionThe lighting in the house, was limited and very dim. You had to manually turn on the lamps and they were a burnt orange. There was no main light other than over the dining room, which was also very dim. It was pretty dark at night. Would recommend getting an additional lamp with a bright light or just replacing the bulbsToilet seat broken and kept coming offOutside of house looked dated compared to listing pics

A really charming, cozy cottage central to everywhere we want to be on the Cape. A lovely outside patio. Overall just so peaceful and relaxing.

Super cute place inside and out! Quiet neighborhood not far from beaches and stores. Little bit of a squeeze for 6 people. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Excellent cottage

We had a wonderful stay! The house is well equipped for dining/grilling in, beds were cozy, plenty of towels, and some beach equipment. The location was great, very centrally located. The owner was very accessible and attentive. We would stay here again! One thing just to note, the stairs up to the second floor are a little steep and narrow, we had no problems but could see how it might be harder for some. Overall a great stay!

We liked the location near Bells Neck Conservation Area and our daily walks through the marsh (from Smith Road) and wooded areas. We also enjoyed riding through the conservation area to get to the Cape Cod bike trail. Beaches are a short drive, but not suitable for getting to with the bikes on busy roads. Be sure to use the three bikes in the shed with the same combination as the house, rather than the older bikes behind the grey door. Enjoy your stay!!!

Darling cottage. Walking distance to beach(1 mile) Great Property manager

This was a great cottage and location. Stairs to bedroom are very narrow and steep. Could be an issue. Master has air conditioning and very comfortable. Other bedroom does not and it can get HOT. Kitchen fully equipped/living dining room open concept. Would definitely stay there again.

Small but quaint

After owning property in Harwich, for 30 years, it was nice to come back for a visit and to see my children and grandchildren and friends. The house is smaller than i imagined. We managed and had a good time despite the weather which is never a guarantee. Had to buy a spacula for pancakes and grill more utensils would be appreciated and a few extra chairs. Four adults and two children not able to sit at the table at the same time. Overall a good time was had by all.

Parfait pour petit budget

Parfait pour une petite famille de 4. Il n'y a malheureusement pas de douche extérieur. On partage la maison avec la proprio mais très discret. C'est très centrale comme endroit pour aller à la baie, au nantucket sound, vers hyannis ou Chatham. Un peu loin de la mer avec les vagues.
