Breathtaking Mountain View

Only complaint we had was the neighborhood a little sketchy. House is gated and had no issues though. One the gate is closed you feel like you’re in a private mountain retreat. The views are insane! Short drive to everything. House itself is great and very well appointed. Would definitely recommend.

Hard beds and uncomfortable furniture

All the beds were hard, thin memory foam. The three "twin" beds were weird chairs than unfolded into beds but were unsleepable. Luckily there was a blow-up mattress in the room we could utilize. All the furniture in the living room looks vintage and is a vibe but is so uncomfortable. This is a shame because you have a 65+ TV so it would have been nice to relax and watch a show but no one would be comfortable. The pool was the highlight, we didn't have it heated because it was over 100 degrees two of the 3 nights we were there so it felt nice. Some leftover pool loats were already there too.

All of the beds are 12-inch thick medium-firmness memory foam. We don't use "plush" or "soft" beds as some guests find them uncomfortable. All of the beds are shown in the photos, and in addition I leave an air mattress in case guests prefer that to the convertible twin beds.

Palm Spring's true hidden gem

We are frequent palm springs visitors, so we have a few points of reference when we leave these comments. This place has been a true gem for us and we can't wait to visit again. First, working with the property owner/manager Ryan was absolutely smooth and more importantly Ryan was extremely attentive, so we had everything fixed up and polished up before our arrival. Given we were there for celebration, Ryan has kindly left a personalized note + a nice bottle of champagne for us to celebrate. Despite that some other reviews stating that neighborhood isn't the best of it, we never had any issue with it during our 2 week stay. Neighbors were quiet and didn't bother us in any way during our hangs in the amazing backyard equipped with swimming pool and hot tub. I also really like the deco throughout the house. It's an experience and we are looking forward to our next stay here. While everything is pretty great on its own, I'd rank Ryan as the main reason why we'd stay here again because of his communications with us and his excellence provision of service. Thank you Ryan and see you again soon i am sure.

Cute house! We loved the pool. The property is on the edge of town but is a very short drive downtown. Great stay!

From beginning to end, our experience at this one of a kind property was amazing. From the decor & ambiance this stay has to the small details throughout the home, definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway. Above all, I must say RYAN is by far the best host my family and I have ever been in contact with and his prompt response and communication was on point. The pool was perfect temperature to get rid of the triple digit heat and the theatre room with projector allowed us all to have a memorable movie night for the books. The only bad thing about this trip is that… I should’ve booked more days!!! Definitely staying here again when in the desert! Thank you Ryan for the kind birthday card and bottle of bubbly as well as suggesting trying the chicken sandwich @ Chicken Ranch!! Bravo for such an amazing experience and for providing such a great stay at the Rabbit Hole!

Peace love and Palm Springs

Wonderful home, the retro feel sends you back to the 60s of Palm Springs. I was relaxed the entire Time and loved the backyard. The spa was wonderful and the theatre room was always a good time. Would definitely stay again
