A beautiful newly renovated house on a quiet street off Noyack road and close to all the Hamptons has to offer (just berween Sag Harbor, Southampton and Warer Mill). The house has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a gorgeous heated pool and spa with a waterfall connecting the two, a fire pit, a new Weber grill, professional ping-pong table and a mahogany deck. A new indoor-outdoor Sonos system makes sure you will be able to enjoy the music you love everywhere.
One of the bedrooms has separate entrance and it’s own living room with a 65 inch TV set - ideal for in-laws, TV night or hosting guests.

beautiful, private property with every amenity you could ask for - excellent house for renting for a family as the pool is perfect for kids and large groups. We will definitely be back !!

A fantastic getaway in Southampton

We couldn’t have asked for a better landing spot on our weeklong getaway to the Hamptons. This home is truly an extension of its natural surroundings, from the pool and spa design, to the garden and grounds, and the interior design and furnishings. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars on multiple evenings! The beds and sheets were super comfy! (It’s always hard for me to get a good night’s sleep away from home.) The house is tucked away yet not far from local stores and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and hope to return again!

Great house

We spent a long weekend in Southampton with our adult children to attend a wedding. The house was just as pictured and very clean. David was very communicative and flexible with our few requests. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and would happily stay there again should we be in the area

Amazing weekend in the zen house. The landscaping , waterfall in the pool made you feel like you were somewhere else. The space was perfect for our family. David the host was always available and made sure all of our needs were taken care of Can’t wait to go back

An absolutely fantastic oasis and a truly peaceful spot on Earth. The property is beautifully located and offers complete tranquility and privacy. The heated pool and hot tub were the absolute highlight of the trip for our son.The house is in good condition, and the host, David, is literally available at any time.Check-in is smooth and contactless. The house offers every amenity one could wish for, and the air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures throughout.We would book this property again in a heartbeat and can wholeheartedly recommend it.We thank David for this wonderful time in the Hamptons.Martin and family

Outdoor Oasis

David was a phenomenal host! He was super responsive, communicative, organized and attentive to any questions we had about the property. The outdoor space is amazing super private, beautiful pool, hottub and landscaping and a spacious outside eating area, firepit and ping-pong table. The house had ample space and bathrooms for all our guests. The property is also in a great location and close to the village of southampton, sag harbor and east hampton. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Luxury in the Woods!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms are plentiful and the indoor and outdoor space is large and welcoming. The pool is awesome, along with the new deck space. The house is full of windows looking out at the beautiful setting of this large lot. The kitchen is equipped well. The owner was excellent in terms of communication and recommendations for our first time Hamptons visit. We would love to stay again and highly recommend this space.

Dreamy vacation

We just returned from an extended stay at this lovely house and had a magnificent and relaxing time. The house is lovely, clean, modern, and decorated for the beach. The outdoor space is vast and the pool and hot tub are very inviting and the waterfall is especially tranquil! The host has provided just about everything you would need short of a bathing suit and toothbrush, and (I believe) is very attentive to any issues that might arise, although we did not have a single issue! The kids are already asking if we can return next summer to the same house!

Peaceful Getaway in a Modern setting!

Absolutely lovely stay at this property for 2 weeks! The house is newly renovated. The decor and furniture, inside and out, are high end and new. The nicest outdoor furniture I have ever seen. Impressive house design with many skylights, which really let in the beautiful nature that surrounds it. The whole experience of this property is very "Zen". The hot tub and pool were great. The pictures are accurate and it has all the amenities advertised. Mostly everything is new except the pool which is older , but clean. Property is very spacious and private. Plenty of room for kids to play (although I didn't have any). They also had a lower level with a separate living area and TV. The location, North Sea, is within 15 minutes to virtually all of the Hamptons. At first I thought it was a little remote, but then I realized that it was equal short distance to virtually all of the Hamptons, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton and Southampton! I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises!
