Great Stay

Beautiful place, everything as described. Three generations spent a long weekend here and it was great. Kitchen has everything you could need. Loved large dining table for games. Beds were comfy.

The Perfect Log Cabin Beach Vibe!

We spent Christmas in the Camano Log home with four of our adult children and had a MARVELOUS time! There was plenty of room with a lovely, homey, cozy decor. We especially appreciated the well-appointed kitchen since one of my kids and I love to cook! We hope to be back someday

Great log home on Camano

Had a great stay during family crabbing/fishing trip on Camano Island. Plenty of room for three adults and two teens. Home was clean, comfortable, and had lots of privacy in a beautiful country side setting.

Cabin in the woods

An amazing stay at the Camano Island Log House. Everything about our stay was top notch. The listing was accurate and the location was quiet. Lots of space for the family. Wonderful touches through the home including the nook and reading area. Highly recommend this place for peace and quiet in the woods.

Beautiful Log Cabin!

This home was beautiful! We were there for just a short stay and wished it was longer! The property was serene and peaceful! Had all the amenities you could want! I couldn’t recommend this home more! Can’t wait to go back! Communication with the host was fantastic!

Lovely log house on camano

Beautiful log house in a woodsy setting. It was quiet, cool and cozy. We share family beach house on Tyee beach just 1 mile away. We needed more overnight space due to family reunion. We were delighted to find this rental property. We will definitely book this property again if needed. Very spacious and very well equipped with kitchen appliances and necessary utensils, dishes, etc. Had a great time all week on the Island. Betsy

A Little Bit of Heaven

This property is a perfect vacation retreat, a true cabin in the woods with a public beach nearby. The setting consisted of magestic trees, natural surroundings, easy access and parking on site, outside furniture made of fallen trees, a large fire pit with plenty of wood. The cabin is beautifully decorated and staged, including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, comfy bedrooms and living area, There are so many nice touches added. I hated to leave. ABOUT CAMANO LOG HOUSE - This particular property was lovingly renovated for today's modern comforts in the kitchen, baths, laundry, adding a front and back porch, sanding the logs inside and out while leaving some rustic charm.
Next on the list is to replace a few more windows, install a fence along the back and work on the 1200 sf shop space. Like is on facebook where we post updated projects and more.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Camano Log House is a very special property that has been refurbished. It is perfect for those who want to get away from it all. The kitchen and bathrooms have all been redone. The logs both inside and out have been recently resanded, coated and lovingly restored. It is decorated as if it were a lodge and has a great vibe. Don't miss the antler bar with lights. We have nice Eddie Bauer type bedding and our couches and leather chair and ottoman are really comfy. Gaze up at the logs and take a pause as you lay by the wood stove. We hope you enjoy it here! Outside has lots of space to relax and unwind with a fire pit. We can allow boat storage during your stay with advance approval.
This location allows you to see so many more stars than in the city… just wow!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This renovated deluxe log cabin was built in the 1970's, by hand. It sits on
almost an acre of land with lots of beautiful trees. It has been lovingly restored to provide a wonderful relaxing lodge style experience while leaving some rustic charm.

MAIN FLOOR... has a sunken living room, large open room with gorgeous logs, beams and hardwood floors. Relaxing comfy couches and leather chair with ottoman. Large dining area with "antler bar" area off the kitchen. BBQ on out the back "dutch" door. Outdoor pic-nic table by the campfire pit. Outdoor dining table and chairs in the trees. Large bathroom with laundry area, king bed in master bedroom with closet and chair.

UPSTAIRS... has an open landing that has an extra single bed we call “the nook” and a reading chair with books we call “the library”. The futon chair folds down to a smaller bed.
The “Tulip Room” has a queen bed and a 30 inch TV with a firestick.
The “Tree House Room” also has a queen bed and a TV with a DVR.
Nice brand new bathroom with shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
We have installed a new gas woodstove and fan that really heats this house well! We also have new wall heaters in each room. Nice and toasty!

We are so happy with our upgraded internet service - it streams many devices and we have several smart tv's, and firesticks.

We are on septic - and O N L Y a small amount of toilet paper can go down.
Nothing else please. No on may ever enter the well house.

In the future we plan to use the large 1200 sf shop for art and music events. Perhaps a painting class, etc. Let us know your ideas!
