one bedroom unit off home down by saratoga lake in malta. the elderly people who have stayed there have all liked it. it is very small, so it is easy to take care of and easy to get around. it has a walk in shower with a seat and various handrails. But it is not wheelchair accessible.
By booking you acknowledge and agree to pay legal fees and rental fees if you overstay without paying.
There is not a full kitchen, but a small snack area with a bar sink, refrigerator and microwave.
The stay here was nice. 1 street away from the lake. The place was very clean and cozy. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel you are looking in the wrong place but it is worth the value.
The stay at the house was great. Paul was very accommodating, courteous, and nice. Home was clean, easily accessible, and neighborhood was quiet. Highly recommend for anyone.
Quaint apartment in peaceful lakeside neighborhood
The apartment is small and outdated as the photos show, but it met our needs. Quaint vintage furnishings add to the experience and the bed is also older so you may sleep more comfortably if you bring along a foam mattress topper. Enjoyed the neighborhood and convenient location just far enough off the beaten path. Also close to one of our favorite places to eat in the area - "The Galley Bar and Grill".
We were in need of a place to sleep while in town for a family reunion. This property was delightful! It was perfect for the two of us. The small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker was perfect for preparing small meals between our scheduled activities. The handicapped accessibility in the bathroom and hallway was an additional benefit. The bed was quite comfortable but the sofa not so much!
Property description is very inaccurate!! There is NO A/C NO COFFEE MAKER AND THE KITCHENETTE IS A 12â SINK MINI FRIGE AND MICROWAVE. Not sure why the owner has to lie in their listing????
The futon is not even comfortable enough to sit on, let alone sleep on. The bed was very very outdated as seen in pictures and was super uncomfortable. I actually arrived at 3PM and checked out the next morning at 1045AM ending the stay early. When you walk to the door, the same bugs/cobwebs appear all over as stated in another review. We didn't mind the place being small, it needed a good cleaning for sure. There were 3 towels, paper thin, like dollar store towels, and ratty looking. I also messaged the owner asking if there were towels and bedding prior to the stay and did not get an answer. I feel like the money these places charge, they can afford a comfortable bed and new updated bedding. There are 2 roku tvs that are very small, and you need to have your own streaming apps to watch them. Overall, not a great stay.
Les points forts : Communication, emplacement, exactitude de lâannonce
It was what was advertised
All in all it fit the bill. We were seeing a few shows at SPAC and the location was awesome. Show ended at 11 and we were back at the place by 11:25 (rt 63 to rt 45 to rt 50). Super easy. The place is a little old and could use a good once over for cleaning but the location is prime. We would stay there again if we were seeing a show at SPAC. It is also right next to the lake and close to food and supplies. Have breakfast at the Ugly Rooster and get a sub at Pellegrinoâs.
