5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, Sleeps 12 adults per license, kids 0-5 not included in count
Come and enjoy this lovely home on Lake Latoka in beautiful Alexandria MN that boasts a nice level lot. This home has 5 bedrooms with three full bathrooms. The main floor has an updated kitchen and dining room complete with a 4 season porch off the dining room which is perfect for enjoying the beautiful lake sunrises. There are two large bedrooms on the main floor with two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and master bathroom with total updates (shower only). The second main floor bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. The main bathroom offers new updates with shower/tub. The living room has a beautiful view of the level lake lot. New flooring throughout the main floor.

The lower level has a large family room with separate ping pong table & foosball in a game room but the highlight of the basement is the wet bar with the pass through window into the game room. The wet bar also includes a full size refrigerator and stove/cook top. The lower level boasts three additional bedrooms and one full bathroom (shower). The first bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom offers two queen beds. The large lot on the lake side will be sure to please everyone with plenty of space for yard games. Step onto the dock and enjoy the water with plenty of lake toys to suit all ages. We offer two Stand Up Paddle boards and two kayaks as well as a new lily pad for the little ones to float on the water. We do have a 20ft pontoon (sits 10) with a 60hp motor available for rent. Parking spaces for 6 cars. We know you'll love this property and be ready to come back annually. 20’ Pontoon available for rent with one full tank of gas. Newly expanded beach, paving stones, & shore lights, along with 4 Adirondack chairs to relax in & spider swing & hammock for the kids. More sand for the little ones to play in & wide steps into the water, & safer for children. A weed roller installed. A starter supply of paper products is available with each rental. Winter months - although we have regular snow removal in the winter, the driveway is very steep & we highly recommend 4 wheel drive. Alexandria has numerous fishing tournaments during the winter along with 400 miles of trails for 4 wheeling & snowmobiles. We do have access to help you with rentals of equipment. Wonderful lake property.

Lovely property filled with all that is needed for a lake stay and more! Hosts were very helpful and answered all questions promptly. Unfortunately, there was a smoke odor that prevented our children with young families to stay the week entire week due to smoke allergies.

This place is perfect for our family! With the pontoon, paddle boards, kayaks and yard games, there was something for everyone! We have stayed here twice and have LOVED it each time!

Clean, big kitchen, lots of space

We stayed over the 4th with my 3 kids, my sister’s family (including 3 kids) and my Dad. We enjoyed the large kitchen with everything we ever could have needed for pots/pans, spices, sugars, etc. The communication with the owner was great. The yard, fire pit, beach, dock were all great. Loved the added bonus of kayaking, paddle board, and beach toys. The only downside was it smelled like cigarette smoke upon entering but as the week went on, the smell seemed to dissipate a bit. We would stay again.

Nice Alexandria Home

Enjoyed staying at this clean home with lots of spots to relax. Our family especially enjoyed the pontoon, pool table, and lots of games! The kitchen and pantry were well stocked, too.

Lovely time on Lake Latoka

This was our second summer to spend a week at this Lake Latoka property. It was a great time with a beautiful large home and yard to accommodate us perfectly. The lake is clean and was perfect for all water activities. Our hosts were very accommodating however we didn’t need to bother them with anything! We left with many good memories.

Great family time

This was the best cabin we have stayed at. Very clean. We loved the pontoon and spent most of our time simply floating on the lake. Nice to have a gas grill and then spent evenings around the bonfire. It was a great time. Just wish there were a few more toys for the grandchild. But that does not effect our high rating.

Great cabin!

We had a great family vacation! Cabin is clean- tons of space! Our family really enjoyed all the activities you can do- to pool table, paddle boards and kayaks! The cabin has everything inside that you need. We loved it!!

Family reunion

We loved the property. It fit our growing family with 2 grandchildren. Hanging out in porch, plenty room cook and hangout with big table all could fit. Backyard used great for yard games, bonfire and a 2 year old loved running around. Beach perfect to play on and use of pontoon for boat rides and fishing. Enjoyed hearing loons and seeing an Eagle first day and last. Thanks when needed help getting stove top to work . We wished new ahead water not good for drinking or coffee maker, we had to make 2 trips to cubs for water . Thanks if works out We might rent again next year.

50th Anniversary Family Get-together

We were very pleased with the property, especially the kitchen as it was so well supplied with everything we needed. The property was very roomy with lots of space for gatherings. It would be extremely helpful to have a second bathroom on the lower level, but otherwise no complaints. Thank you!

Loving Lake Latoka!

We enjoyed a great week at Lake Latoka with our group of 11. The home was large and accommodating with great spaces to gather and the lawn was perfect for yard games. The lake was clear and lots of fish were caught at the end of the dock. We have lots of great photos and memories of our week!!

Great place to stay

This property had everything we could have wanted! It was a wonderful trip! There was always something for us to do - kayaks, paddle boards, pontoon, fishing, swimming, lily pad, etc. The layout of the house was great and the 13 of us felt like we had plenty of room. Shannon was a great host and easy to contact! I would definitely recommend this place!

Great Family Vacation

Our family of 14 (8 adults, 6 kids) fit perfectly in this home. The layout worked out well for us and there was plenty of space for everyone. The large, flat back yard was great for yard games and for the kids to run around. They loved the sand beach. We had a great time in the water with the lily pad, kayaks, and paddle boards. The pontoon was perfect for family cruises around the lake. Shannon was very responsive and helpful in helping us prepare for our week long get away. The neighborhood is quietly situated out of town. Overall, we had a wonderful week and found this place to be a great fit for our family!

Family Memories

The house was clean, spacious and convenient. We enjoyed the sunroom and large open dining and kitchen area to gather in. We also loved the large yard, the pit to have bonfires, the beach for the kids and using the lily pad and the kayaks. We rented the pontoon which made for enjoyable cruises on the lake. Everyone loved the pool table room and there were many 'tournaments'. The only downside was the one downstairs bedroom really wasn't a bedroom. It didn't have windows and there was only a barn door to separate it from one of the other bedrooms. It worked, but didn't give any privacy to the couple who ended up in that room. All in all it was a wonderful place to spend a week with our family and make wonderful memories

The screened, 4 seasoned porch facing the lake is what attracted us to our clean & clear lake home. See yourself sitting on the porch enjoying your morning cup of coffee or in the evening playing a board game.
