Welcome to this amazing vacation home, situated right in the middle of the Park City Canyons Resort base. The house works brilliantly for families, couples or groups of friends. It has been beautifully interior designed. It has a brand new private hot tub, pool table and chef's kitchen with Viking appliances. The house is super for relaxing after a great winter ski day or a day out mountain biking, river rafting or fly fishing in summer. There are mountain bike trails accessible directly from the house in summer. In addition to our own hot tub, our guests have access to our year-round heated outdoor communal pool, hot tub, club room and gym - all within a minute's walk from the house. The ski chairlift is 3 minutes walk from our front door so no need to find parking at the base - you will already have it! Our garage is heated too and has boot warmers etc. for added convenience. Our outdoor deck and balconies overlook the mountains and ski lift. We have a free Canyons shuttle transport available on request daily. Our central Park City location is ideal for driving to Main Street in 10 minutes or to Kimball Junction for Whole Foods and other shopping in the same time or less. The house is on a quiet culdesac, expertly landscaped with easy access driveway and in winter daily snow removal.

We stayed in this 3 bdr townhouse for a month. It is beautifully furnished, spacious, modern and had everything and more to settle in. Well equipped full kitchen, washer & dryer, boot warmers, private hot tub, pool, gym etc. The location is highly convenient - free shuttle 105 picks up next door (red team building) and drops off right in front of the Sunrise gondola, Canyon Village. Canyon Transit Hub is a 6min walk for free bus access to Old Town and Main St Park City. Jane is an exceptional host. She was very kind to help us ship our skis in advance, incredibly easy to communicate with and kept us up to date with events over Christmas/NY. Highly recommend.

Great stay

Excellent property. New and well maintained with the full setup for cooking in. And Jane was very responsive. Close proximity to the lift up to the base of Canyons or can use CV Connect for a quick ride back and forth. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for Everything!!

Our family enjoyed the property and it was everything that was promised. Proximity to the lift, close to town, easy in and out, so clean and comfy! The condo is very well stocked and a great landing pad! We will be back!

Amazing home!

Beautiful modern, clean home with nice decor. The kitchen was spacious and had all the amenities needed to cook meals at home. The location was great with easy access to the ski resort. The hosts were very nice and even gave us a ride when the Uber driver dropped us off at the wrong entrance. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

family trip

We were excited to stay near mountain activities. In reality the property was a bit loud at night as exposed more to road noise than expected. While it is highly subjective the mattress selection was rough, more in some rooms than others.

Excellent townhome very close to cabriolet

We rented this townhome for a month long stay with our dog. The property was beautiful with plenty of amenities and the garage was very spacious and well apointed to hold a large SUV and many sets of ski equipment. The hot tub worked really well and seemed to be one of the more private areas of all of the blackstone complex. The neighborhood is very nice, with a clubhouse/heated pool/community hot tub, and so very conveniently located about a block from the cabriolet lift. I would highly recommend this property.

perfect location

We had 4 moms with our teen daughters staying for a long weekend. The condo was just was advertised. Extremely clean, roomy enough for all in the common living area. It was only a Shortt walk to the Carbiolet Lift. We didn't mind carrying our skis to the lift. However, If you don't feel like carrying your skis back and forth every day, you can always ski valet at the base for small fee. Private hot tub was a great plus and the pool was right around the corner. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Oh What Fun It Is to Ski with Your Family!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and functional home. The kitchen was amazing and having a heated garage was incredible for skiers. The owners are welcoming and friendly. The location is exceptional. We hardly moved our car the whole week. We could walk to the Canyons cabriolet and free transportation shuttles were also a short walk away. Views from the home were breathtaking. It snowed 40 inches during our one week stay and Park City had a great variety of slope conditions from groomed to mogul fields and everything in between! So Happy To Be Back

A week or so has gone by and our family wishes we were back in Canyons! Thanks to Jane and Devrin for providing such a lovely home for our family at the Canyons resort. This was our second stay (in 3 years) at their home and it was so nice being back. The location is perfect, as it is a short walk to the Cabriolet lift to head to the mountain. We took advantage of the ski valet at Canyons which was nice, so the kids had no problems walking in ski boots to/from the Cabriolet. The place is gorgeous with high end appliances and amenities throughout. The kitchen has everything you would need (included spices, etc....THANK YOU!) which we took advantage of most nights. (Jane - thanks for adding the additional filter in the fridge - we used it daily) The bedrooms were perfect for our family (and two additional friends) and everyone was extremely comfortable and slept well. And after long days on the slopes, the outdoor jacuzzi was perfect. A good size...good temp....very easy to use....very clean. Overall, the home is well stocked, very comfortable and extremely convenient. Jane is a wonderful host and does a wonderful job of sharing information, being proactive with communications and making sure we, as guests, have all the information we need for a great stay. Jane/Devrin, thank you again for hosting our family and we look forward to coming back again.

Worth Every Penny!!!

The home was amazing and so clean. Not only did it have a hot tub but one of the best hot tubs with massaging jets. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would possibly need. Location location location was perfect. My only wish and I am sure that the owners might regret after having the Home built was that the bathroom floors be heated. Other than that the two of us with our four-legged furry children enjoyed our stay.

Great stay. Excellent communication.

Great stay. Clean and soft. 5 min walk to the Cabriolet lift in Canyons. This unit is on the Canyons ski resort side not the Park City side. 20 min bus ride to Park City ski resort. Canyons has less left lines than Park City side. Overall great stay. Would stay again. Thanks.

We are a Park City family, originally from England and Australia. We moved here from New York City and so know what it's like to vacation here and what is important to our guests! We have hosted several properties in the past in Park City and New York City and have a 5 star review history on them all. We love hosting and have a ton of advice and information (local knowledge) that we are happy to share about skiing and other winter activities and all the amazing fun things to do here in the summer. There is an expression " The Winter, brings you here. The Summer keeps you here." :) It's really true. We live in the heart of one of the top Mountain Resorts in the world and our mountain biking is ranked in the top 7 globally. You can start to see why we made the move! We live less than 5 minutes drive from our Canyons home and so are available always to assist while you are here. Please reach out with questions and we hope to hear from you soon!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our Canyons home is beautiful. It ticks all the boxes for a ski or summer vacation. It is new and gorgeous inside. We have tried to think of everything from a heated garage with pool table and ping pong and direct access to our private hot tub, to a deck with BBQ overlooking Canyons, and deluxe linens and throws and pillows throughout. The shared pool and hot tub and entertainment lounge is steps from the front door. Heated year round and super sunny, it's a great spot to meet people or just relax if you want some quiet time. The home has a relaxed upscale vibe. New York meets mountain chic!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The quality, and attention to detail. We don't 'phone it in' in terms of looking after our guests. We don't use a management company. You deal directly with us, the owners. The house is super modern and spotlessly clean.
Location location location! We are in the heart of the action but on a quiet cul-de-sac.
We think it's special and is rented with a lot of care and attention :)
