We are excited to introduce Aspen Dreams! This lovely home has just been renovated, and will premier as a vacation rental in August, 2021, just in time to plan a late summer or fall getaway.

This home, nestled amongst the quaking aspen trees, sits in the community of Divide, just 27 miles from Colorado Springs. The property is just over 2 acres, and offers a private mountain retreat while allowing easy access to the many wonderful activities that the Pikes Peak Region has to offer,

As you enter the home, you will find the kitchen, dining area, living area, 2 bedrooms, and a full bath all on the main floor. The master suite is situated upstairs, with an en suite bath and private deck. The lower level features a family room. This spacious home can comfortably accommodate 7 guests.

The multiple decks set the stage to take in some of Colorado's legendary sunsets over the Continental Divide and Pikes Peak. The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful location

Location was perfect, the vew of the mountains rang was perfect. Only small compliment ia there is a coffee maker and expresso maker but no filter or pods.

Loved the fall decorations to make more homey feel, very upsetting that we had no tv or internet. This was very frustrating and could not be fixed until the next week. The kitchen faucet was not very user friendly. Could have had more pillows and blankets. But had most everything else that we needed.

Fabulous Place!

The property was super clean, kitchen well stocked, & lots of extra blankets to cuddle up with on the cool nights. Parking was perfect for our truck and trailer (hauling UTVs) and plenty of space to turn them around. Quite neighborhood and only 10-20 minutes to any store you may need in Woodland Park. We will definitely rent this VRBO again if in the area.

Overall, we enjoyed our time during the Christmas holiday but likely won't recommend due to the following issues. The refrigerator leaked water in the back and the ice maker did not work. The home appeared to not be thoroughly cleaned. There were spiderwebs on light fixtures, floors were dirty. Under the beds and closets had not been cleaned in quite a while. The listing suggested a more private setting, but there is a septic tank business, along with a multitude of junk vehicles, and multiple houses very close. We could not add apps to the RUKU TV and there were no local channels. We were not able to watch any college bowl games as a result. Would suggest adding a satellite dish. Soap and many food condiments from prior guests were left behind. The bed in the primary bedroom upstairs is unusually tall. There was a stool on one side but was difficult to get in bed on the opposite side of the bed.

Colorado Adventures

6 adults shared this house in Aug 2023. It is beautifully furnised with the exception of luggage racks or benches in the bedrooms so you have some place to put your suitcase. The bathrooms had enough towels and toliet paper. I mention ths as at one place we did have to supply it. The kitchen is equiped nicely and several condiments supplied. The grill and dinner bell is a perfect addition. The bedrooms are very nice with one having a walk out balcony that overlooks the backyard where the deer hangout and you can watch gorgeous sunsets. This is a very nice place that is well maintained. We even got to use the garage for the motorcycles. Restaurant and grocery store nearby. I would recommend and go back tothis place.

I enjoyed this property in Divide. It was very close to where we wanted to be. There was a little noise from highway traffic, but not too bad. The place was clean and was a joy to stay in. Thank you!

Great location - lots of room

We had a great time. The house was as stated and included a lot of basics you often don’t get (paper towels, toilet paper, spices. Etc). There is plenty of room for a big gathering.

Great access to beautiful hiking

This is a spacious cabin, with outdoor decks on 3 levels! We rented for easy access to great hiking trails, from Pikes Peak to Garden of the Gods, and we found it to be perfect. After a full day of hiking it was great to return to hot showers, a roomy cabin, and comfy sofas in front of a gas fireplace. And the views out the big glass doors are lovely. We would come here again!

COLORADO FIRST TIME FOR KIDS SECOND TIME FOR ME

The cabin was absolutely perfect for my family! Those views were magnificent especially with the first snowfall for us. So much room to do everything that we wanted and my 6 year old grandchild occupied herself with all the games downstairs, movie night and skee ball were big highlight hits!!! Close enough to get to the mountains to play and our favorite fun town ~ Manitou Springs!!!

Enjoy a beautiful sunset

Our stay was wonderful. Watching the sunset off the deck was amazing. The kids LOVED playing skeeball trying to beat each other’s high scores. The floors and woodwork in the cabin are just beautiful.

Nice Remodel

We booked this property as soon as it was newly listed, so there were no interior pictures until several days beforehand, as it was being remodeled. My daughter termed it the "surprise house", as we had no idea what it was going to be like. We were pleasantly surprised! It had multiple living areas as well as 3 decks. The location was close enough to Colorado Springs & an easy drive. Communication was good & they were prompt in responding to messages. The remodel provided updates to almost all areas of the home & there was ample room for everyone to enjoy their own space. Board games were provided and basic kitchen supplies. The home offered privacy & a sense of safety. We were very pleased with the "surprise house"! The only thing I noticed was that the home didn't appear to have been adequately cleaned, but I totally understood that they were rushing to have the home remodel complete and were probably in a time crunch, so I can excuse that because the house was a great place to spend our vacation! We would stay there again!
