Located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico in quiet Laguna Beach, this home offers easy beach access without the crowds or high-rise condos. Ideal for families and couples seeking space, privacy, and a peaceful stretch of Panama City Beach. This rare coastal log cabin combines classic beach living with a warm, one-of-a-kind design you won’t find anywhere else in PCB. Sleeps 8.

Just a few steps to the dedicated Beach right across the quiet street and THOMAS DONUTS SNACK SHACK (full breakfasts/lunch/desserts served all day).

Historic beach cabin with modern amenities! New sustainable front lawn installed with Cornhole and gas bbq (on front patio next to lawn area). We supply your beach needs! Wagon, umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, and beach towels. Enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails (mocktails) in the evening from the front porch (while bbq'ing on the front porch (we have an outdoor dining table as well as another inside house) while looking at the unobstructed view (no condos) of the Gulf! Just walk across the (quiet) street to the Gulf and put your feet in the sand and enjoy the dedicated beach. (Dedicated=no condos). Dog friendly!

Two of the three bedrooms have KING beds. Third bedroom is a full. We also have an auto-pump queen air mattress.

Parking avail for 2-3 cars.

The Historic Gulf Cabin is a lovingly maintained 1936 Log Cabin (original) with all the character that comes with it. There are definitely older log cabin quirks - but guests love it- I hope you will too!

We really enjoyed our stay here with our elderly dog. Conveniently close to the beach with Thomas donut and snack shop right across the road for when your sweet tooth acts up!! The host (Stacey) was the absolute best!!

A magical, cozy coastal retreat!An absolute gem of a find! We stayed at this beautiful, historic log cabin and couldn't be happier with our experience. The architecture perfectly blends rustic, rugged charm with clean, elegant, boutique comforts. Did we mention there’s a donut and ice cream steps away?? Do not skip Thomas’ Donuts Beach Bun! Enjoying the fresh ocean breeze right from the front porch while sharing our meals was the ultimate highlight. The interior feels incredibly cozy and authentic, yet fully updated with all modern amenities. Every detail—from the plush linens to the maritime-inspired decor—was clearly chosen with love and care. Bonus for the parents… Everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach with the kiddos is provided for you so you can skip the extra packing. If you’re feeling extra adventurous the take the St Andrew’s Ferry to Shell Island and explore the snorkeling and shelling the island has to offer. Our whole family loved it!We definitely recommend splurging on a golf cart and cruising the beach front road with the wind in your hair. Cali’s Beach Buggies is right around the corner and had a friendly staff with budget friendly pricing. It was a super fun experience for the whole family.This cabin was the ideal spot to unplug, listen to the waves, and truly relax after a day of adventures. Stacey was an incredible and attentive host. We cannot recommend this place enough and are already planning our next trip back!

Laguna beach gem

From the host to the cabin location, everything was above expectations. The cabin has its quirks as it is an almost 100yr old home. But everything served well for us. The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach and Thomas’ donuts which was very convenient. This is our new family vacation spot!

Great get away close to the beach

We enjoyed staying in this cozy cabin next to Thomas Donuts and Pizza. Short walk to the beach. I would recommend this place and would stay again. The only thing I would do differently is bring my beach chairs and wagon.

Great Place a few steps from the beach

My family of seven stayed here in early April. There was room for all of us an enough kitchen to cook meals when we did not go out. Right across from Thomas Donuts and Ice Cream and easy access to the beach. Lots of space on the beach to spread out and not too busy but still really close to all of the other places and activities.

Unique cabin

We loved staying at this charming cabin at the beach! It’s very unique and comfortable. Also, it’s so close to the beach. The property manager Stacey is so sweet and easy to talk to. We would come back to the cabin in a heart beat!

Quick workcation

The cabin was great. Definitely a memorable stay! I come to the area for work quite a bit, and when possible, my family comes with me. We love Thomas' Donuts, and it's walking distance! Definitely an old log cabin that has old house quirks, but so fun! Stacey is so easy to get in touch with, and quick to respond. Tommy

Cozy, Quaint, & Perfect Location!

10/10 in all categories! The location was perfect, the beach was just steps away from the cabin & we were far enough away from central PCB that we didn’t have to worry about an over crowded beach. Thomas Donuts was an absolute hit, such a wonderful perk! The house was lovely; it included all of the essentials one might need for their stay & the beds were very comfortable! Another bonus was that Stacey’s home was pet friendly, as we brought our pups with us. Overall, we had a fabulous time & we would absolutely love to stay again soon!

I also have another 4 bedroom beach house that has a private beach (gatecode required) in the Bid A Wee area of PCB if a larger home is needed. I'd love to hear from you. Thank you for looking! Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Why pay a lot more $$$$ to have a house on the sand when you can stay right across the street and have the same gorgeous sunset views? Enjoy everything PCB has to offer! Dolphin tours are the best! Swimming with them in the Gulf? Amazing! Laguna Beach is west end Panama City Beach. Close to Carousel Market (walk right down Front Beach Rd). And, of course, Thomas Donuts (now offering full breakfasts, lunches and pizza, desserts). We are right across the street from Thomas Donuts on Front Beach Rd with dedicated beach-nothing blocks the view!

There aren't a lot of beach houses that have unobstructed views. And.. you have Thomas Donut SnackShack right there too! Win-Win! Happy guests are the BEST and that's my goal-always! Thank you!
